Senior Account Executive Midwest

Job Description

iWin is looking for a Senior Account Executive to add to our sales team. The Senior Account Executives will be an experienced media sales professional who is able to generate revenues from national advertisers and advertising agencies. You will be accountable for the sales of online marketing solutions including display advertising, integrated sponsorships, and rich media through customer prospecting and building strong relationships. As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing advertising business and for generating new business in the Midwest Territory including the Chicago area in order to achieve the overall revenue goal. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter with high energy who is looking to make their mark in online ad sales.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions Include:

  • Prospect and penetrate medium to large size national and regional organizations to obtain branded advertising dollars.
  • Pitch our product and services to potential advertisers.
  • Manage a business exceeding $1 million in yearly recognized revenue.
  • Actively manage up to 20+ accounts at all times.
  • Build strong relationships to expand our client base.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations, detailing market trends, case studies and iWin ad products and solutions.
  • Create new ideas for ad sponsorship opportunities for advertisers.
  • Be responsible for sales forecast within territory.
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and work with ad operations team to optimize campaigns.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of internet advertising sales experience.
  • Contacts with NY and Chicago agencies and major advertisers is a must.
  • Experience being a team leader and growing a sales organization.
  • High energy, self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Proven track record of hitting goals and client management.
  • Consultative sales professional who can produce in a dynamic, highly visible environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Hours and Compensation:

  • Full Time.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Benefits include paid time off, stock options, 401(k), employee bonus plan and medical/dental insurance
  • In our SOMA offices next to AT&T Park
