Love the game play, but there is no sound. Anyone else having this problem? How did you fix it? Thanks!

I'm on the second castle in relaxed mode but I'm not getting the orange gems. What could I be doing wrong?

I've been thru the game completely & am now on the advanced play. I am on level 2-3 & can get thru it, I've almost completed it 2-4 times but the clock speeds up & I can't finish it. Also when I lose the last life, it comes up with an error msg & I have to go out completely & come back in. Does any else have this problem & how do I get past level 2-3? HELP Crodeo

I've had Jewel Match 2 for a very long time and have not experienced anything like that on any level. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Is this the only game your having problems with? If the reinstall does not resolve the issue, I suggest filing a ticket with the Customer Support Center, click on third tab from the left, Request Support. They have the resources to best help you with unusual instances as this.
