Coconut Queen is coming Thursday, August 20th! Here is where you can talk about it!

If you're having trouble with the game:

Please make sure your machine meets the basic System Requirements:

- Windows XP/Vista
- 1GHz or faster processor
- 768MB RAM (1GB for Vista)
- 64MB video card (32-bit graphics)
- 120MB hard drive space
- Direct X8.1 or later

If your game is crashing, please click here to install the latest version

If you were unable to install the sneak peek, this is a new issue, and we are investigating as we speak. In the meantime, if you're not able to install from the link above, as a temporary work-around, please uninstall, then reinstall your game manager, and you should be golden.

If you have any other issues, please be sure to submit a ticket through Support so Markus and his dedicated team of Customer Care Wranglers can assist you!

Thanks guys!

This is a very enjoyable game. The levels are progessively challenging. The audio is wonderful. I buy most time management games and this Coconut Queen will keep me challenged for a good while.

I honestly can't tell whether I like the game because I go to download it and it never does. It'll redownload my launcher and thats about it.

I also have the sneek peek newsletter and am never able to play the downloads. The download process goes through all the usual steps but it never is available; not through the game manager, the desktop, or the program file. I am glad to know I am not the only one, but is there a fix?

The same here and this is the second time in a row that this has happened. first one was with kelly green garden dream and now this game???? Why send the sneak peek out if they don't make sure we can play??? This is frustrating!

I played it.I had no problem with the download. But it seems more action than time management.I'm still trying 2 decide if I like it,since I'm not a big fan of action games but 4 the 1's that r great game, very interesting, the graphics r awesome.

New info regarding the crash!

The new version that will be launching in about T-minus 3 hours (Midnight PDT) will automatically remove the beta files that were causing the problem. When you see it hit the daily release spot on the homepage, go ahead and uninstall your current version, reinstal the new one, and the issue will be resolved.

Thanks for your patience, and let's all synchronize our watches!

For those of you not able to install, are you able to install non sneak peek games ok? There's no difference between sneak peek games and regular games except that you can't find the sneak peek games on the site unless you have the link.

Would you mind submitting your iWinGames log so we can try to spot why you're having this issue?

Click here for info on how to locate the iWinGames log

Then click here to open a ticket to submit the log.

Update: The link from AOL isn't working, but when I copied it into IE it worked. Don't know if this is other's problems or not, but wanted to offer the solution that worked for me.

I can get it to start now but it won't go full screen even when it is selected. I certainly wouldn't pay premium prices for a game I can't fullscreen. Fun, but not worth it for that.

The game was fun to play. It will definitely be a game to last for a long time. I would buy it except I can't seem to purchase any games through paypal anymore. I purchased a game 2 months ago, now I can't. So thanks for the trials...
