The CS technician posted in the other all access topic (now locked) so I am reposting it here.

** Please note this posting is from an iWin employee. Any indivdual support requests should be directed through the support port portal support.iwin.com **

We understand that some of our All Access subscribers have experienced an issue with their All Access games. Upon launch, they receive a message stating "You have access to this game as an all access member but this is an older version of the game. Please click reinstall so that you can play the game without ads or time limits."

While in some cases you may have an older build of the game that does in fact need to be updated to All Access specifications, if the message appears after a full reinstall of the game - the message itself is in error. If the game is an eligible All Access title, closing the dialogue box with the reinstall advisement should allow your game to launch successfully. This is a messaging issue that we are addressing and apologize for any confusion that it caused. If the issue persists, please reopen your ticket and let us know.

Hopefully helpful, 60 minute trial == NOT All Access. Purchase Only == NOT All Access.
Notice, initial email states:
Thank you for choosing the iWin All Access Program! The iWin All Access program gives you access to unlimited play of over 800 games! An added bonus for All Access members is that you can buy games at the Club iWin memeber price of 65% off, every day!

Support Center:
http://support.iwin.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=5419&task=knowledge&questionID=1004
states:
All Access members are also able to purchase over 800 games for $6.99 each or less, including our "Steals & Deals" section for the deepest discounts.

There are 206 "Free Games" on the iWin Games Manager listing...

I'm out.

Today, there are 1014 games in the iWin inventory of which 8 are Premium games which leaves 1006 games available for $6.99 or less to all Club iWin Subscribers which includes the Steals & Deals section. 831 games are available for play by the All Access Plan subscribers. 206 games are freeplay for anyone visiting the site. Therefore, the iWin email is true. Which part of the advertizing email appears to be in conflict for you?

All-access sounds good but after reading this thread I have serious doubts about tring it. Has anyone had a good experience?

I have the Club iWin All Access Plan and after initially being bummed about not having access to ALL games, I found the games I did have access to were excellent. I had to uninstall and reinstall 6 games on MyGames list but didn't have any really big snafu until my subscription was up for renewal. And now that iWin is aware of the programming problem with All Access accounts and automatic withdrawals, I trust there will be no lapse on my renewal date or anyone elses for that matter.

Right now, I have so many games I want to try but haven't had the time to play all of them. You get double Opals for playing All Access games, so there is no detriment there. My experience has for the most part been positive. Not everything works perfectly the first time but I think the major kinks are out of All Access for new subscribers as long as their software and applications are up to date. JMHO

Sylvmc, I've had a very good experience with it till today.

I'm having the same problem as rach_lawrence, but it only started today. Tomorrow is my billing date - could that have anything to do with it?

After a lot of consideration and thought..I have just signed up for the All Access, and I am having a great time..I know that some of the *cooler* games unfortunately are purchase only, but well maybe they will eventually become All Access in time as newer games are released for purchase only, but for now I am happy with what I have decided and feel it's a great choice.

I took Mary Beth's advise and signed up for all access. So far I'm pretty happy. I've had some problems with re-installing games and it does happen late at night here EST. Kind of spooky maybe it's sun spots. LOL

I wish there was a selection tab for All-Access games the same way there's a tab for Free Play games. That would make it easier to find new games.

After purchasing all access in order to play add free for garden defence amongst other, i have found that even though it shows as all access, it tells me that i have older version and need to reinstall, however after this i get same message, so then clicked continue or X allows me to play the game but still with the same annoying adds that i bought all access to avoid. How can i fix this?

Can anyone tell me if the all access that is 9.99 a month one of those charges that they automatically do each month or you have to pay for it each month. I am leary of those auto pay where they charge your card. It seems everytime I do that when I want to cancel a membership it is a pain in the butt.

I joined All Access about two weeks ago and I have not had one single problem, so reading all these problems am I to believe that they have now all since been fixed? Only one problem I did have was the message telling me I had a older version of game to update it but I just did like it said and pressed continue and I was able to play. I hope all you guys get your glitches fixed soon, it sounds awful. To be honest if I was having half the problems the people here write about I would have cancelled by now.

If you look at the game details page, you will be able to see if a game is available for all access or is a purchase only game. In this case, it is Purchase only, not All Access. Sorry...

So my all access problems finally are fixed. Apparently, the problem was that my paypal account and my iwin account were not registered with the same email address, so the system wasn't connecting the two somehow. Perhaps this is the same for others? Check into it, it solved the issues for me, maybe it can help some of you too! Good luck!

This is the first time that I can post to forums.
I have found a couple of games that do not have the notation of being purchase or premium, but they do not act
like All Access games, Samantha Swift w/ roses is one off the top of my head.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm happy to know what marbles I have left are still working, so thanks sylvmc for confirming what I saw. I know it is dissappointing to have a game or two revert but it is most likely due to renegotiation of a contract with the distributor or producer; therefore, out of iWin's hands. I have to say I am fairly pleased with the All Access Plan. So far, I've always got a bunch of games on my list and haven't even started them when a new batch arrives. The purchase only games may change status in the future just like first run movies going to the budget cinemas. Eventually, most of those titles will be available for us to play. The producers and distributors want to make as much money off of these games as possible first time around. We just have to wait a bit.

I'm planning to switch to All Access but wanted to check and see if most of the problems mentioned in earlier posts have been resolved. Any updated information would be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. I did switch to All Access, at least for this month. There are a lot of games to play but I may end up buying some of the purchase only ones.

I pay every month for Iwins all access and then I download games, I make sure they are NOT purchase only or premium games but it seems lately they are either mislabled or changed. This needs to be fixed. When I have a game in my queue which states its all access I expect it should last longer than a 60 min. trial. Please start correcting the catagories on your games. It would be nice just to have a special page for all access members that shows only all access games instead of mixing then with all other games. Sorry to rant on but I'm ready to cancel my membership.

Every All Access game is designated by a seal in the upper right hand corner of the game description page.

I know there have been times when All Access games have "mysteriously" converted to Purchase Only which I agree, isn't right. It happened to one of mine back in March. This subject has been brought up to iWin and bears repeating I see. So if you're checking out a game to download, go to the game description page first, just to be sure.

'All access' games are games you can play without buying them if you pay $9.99 a month. Should really be called Limited access coz you cant play the 'Purchase Only' games, which just happen to be the best games.
