Hi, Anne. I would love to play this game but it won't play on on may Vista laptop. I've, also, tried other sites with the same result. I understand that the developers are working on a fix. Have others have similiar problems?

Having same problem on Vista computer. Runs fine on XP. Have tried the fixes suggested, but none seem to help.

The iWin Customer Service Center Knowledge base has an article about running its games with Vista. Don't know if you've read or tried these things already but if you haven't, click on the title and it will take you to the article. Hope there is something in the article of benefit to you.

I have Vista, and haven't had any trouble running this game. I did the free 60 minutes and then bought it. I have it on my new Dell XPS laptop, it activated just fine. I'll let you know if it doesn't work on my old Gateway laptop.

I purchase the game about 6 weeks ago, it worked for 2 weeks with no problems, utilized the screensavers no problems, then, suddenly, the could not be played. I have opened a ticket in early May with some IWIN suggestions, i.e., deleting cookies, temp files, etc., rebooting, unstalling the CD, reboot and reinstall......also suggested uninstall CD then direct download from website, still unable to play and waiting for a solution. When you click on the game it takes you to the page letting you know how many opals you have won playing this game.......the whole game bypasses.....so if this has happened to you and you have a suggestion would appreciate your solution if there is one; and lately, I have been playing Jewel Quest Solitare 2 and had no problems, now the game is crashing.

This is sharisue, I tried it on my old Gateway (Vista) computer and it works fine. I loaded this one from the back-up diisc and then activaated it. It also works great as a screensaver. Hope you can work out the "bugs" so you can enjoy this great game. :

I also wondered about the food. I finally figured it out-you repeatedly click on the fish food dispenser. You can tell it's working because you can see bubbles coming from it. I still love this game and it's working fine.

That is my FAV. You know the fish turn GREEN then they go up and get a Vitamin ( you must buy that) And then their COLOR comes Back.I just LOVE it. So many of the items in each tank do amazing things. It is beautiful and I can play it alllllll Day.

Thanks, I didn't notice them getting a vitamin-now I'll watch for it. I love this game and own it. I have played under so many different names, just so I can decorate new tanks. It also helps my 66 yr old brain work a little.

I purchased this game and I love playing it. It works great even though after iWin's latest "upgrade," it developed a flickering then invisible cursor issue. That issue was solved by locating the radio button for custom cursor in their Options menu and clicking there.

But, ever since this latest iWin "upgrade," the cursor will sometimes freeze and then the entire game freezes. If I don't try to do anything, eventually it will come back and I can continue playing. But, my enjoyment and the momentum of the game is ruined by never knowing when these freezes are going to happen. This is only since the latest "upgrade."

The really major problem now is that when I click to exit the game, visual pieces of the game remain onscreen in broken and staticky fashion on top of broken and staticky pieces of the game manager and everything is flashing all at once between the shattered visuals and a black screen. If any of it comes back, I see portions of my desktop underneath it all but th ebottom part of the screen background is black.

Yes, my video card is up to date and all the drivers are there and DirectX is the latest version. The problem is not my computer. I can play other iWin games with no problem and can play extremely graphics-intensive 3D games from an iWin competitor with no problem.

The problem is the game manager and its latest incarnation re: the "upgrade." How do I know for certain it is the game manager? Because I went into Program Files, to th eiWin.com folder, to the Fishdom H2O folder and clicked on GameLauncher.exe and th egame came up just fine and everything played just fine with no freezes and most especially, when I clicked to exit the game, there was NO PROBLEM. No video or visual jaggedy pieces or anything breaking up. Everything ran perfectly smooth.

When I exited from th egame, an iWin HTML screen did pop up that I guess was meant to be an exit screen but of course, you don't get opals for playing a purchased game direct from your computer. You only get opals if you play from inside the game manager. But, if you use the game manager with this game, you are asking for a big problem when you exit the game, a problem so bad, you have to use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get out of it and shut down Windows and reboot. And all for playing this one game.

I don't like being forced to do that. So how can I have a game manager that does not interfere with the running of games or my computer?
