I found the green and red marbles, red and blue key as well. Don't remember exactly where tho. Will go back and try to figure it out again and let you know. Did any one find the yellow or blue marbles yet. I am guessing the last of the kings mirror pieces are behind the marble puzzle lock. Any help would be appreciated.

Since you already beat it. Maybe you could let us know where the missing marbles are?

I finished the game - I found the blue marble inside the dress on the manequin (i think it was the in the princess' bedroom). It's the room where the flies are.

I think I have a bug in my game. PUZZLE to get to 2nd floor - The moon clock - I only had one gear. When I placed the one gear on the right side the hint told me I had both gears in place and to set the date. I had the date of NOV 18 but could not set the month because that left gear was missing. I can try to place the second gear but I never found it. Played the game twice and solved almost all the downstairs rooms. ANY HELP?????????????????????????????????????

I am getting rather frustrated. According to the map, the areas I have left to solve (i.e. trophy room) are those areas that I cannot find the pieces, in order to complete the puzzle. For isntance, I have all but one gun stock for the trophy room puzzle (found/placed all bear claws) but cannot find the other gun stock. Using the hint isn't any help because all I get for direction is to take a closer look at the item. Oh really? Taking a closer look isn't going to make the piece appear. I have searched all the rooms that I am able to access but unable to move forward. UGH!

If you are trying to activate your game because you purchased it, you shouldn't need an activation code to launch the game. iWin eliminated the need for actual activation codes some time ago. The activation should be automatic once you have clicked on the orange "activate" tab once your transaction has been completed. If, however, you didn't see the "activate" tab or the game didn't activate, you can still download your game by clicking on your avatar in the upper left-hand corner of your game manager, and from the drop-down list, click on Account Information or Club iWin Account information. When your account information screen appears, click on the tab "Purchase History." It will list all of the games you have purchased and an orange "download" tab beside each game. If you have just recently purchased the game, it should be listed. If it is a game you purchased prior to December 1, 2009, you will have to backdate the calendar to a date prior to when you purchased the game. You can do this by clicking on the calendar icon in the "From" box and click on the arrows to show a date prior to your purchase, and ensure that the "To" box reflects today's date. It will then generate a list of all purchased games from the first date you entered. You can download any purchased game from this list by clicking on the orange "download" tab.

If you are still having difficulties after trying the above method, you will need to file a ticket with the Customer Support Center (click on the blue Support tab at the upper right-hand corner of your game manager, and when the Customer Service Center page appears, click on the tab "Submit a Ticket." Thanks - Goofy
