if you read my previous messages carefully..you will see that i state...at the end of each game..it shows the opals i have earned BUT, DOES NOT GO OVER 2 MT HOTEL ROOMS! & NO, IWIN HAD NOT AWARDED ME ANY OPALS LOST violet

I DONT CARE WHAT IWIN THINKS!!! I JUST KNOW THAT IN 6 DAYS I BEEN PLAYING & NOT EARNED OPALS 2 DECORATE!!! LET ME CLARIFY THAT "TRANSFERRED OVER 2 HOTEL ROOM!"

Since 20th june i havn't been getting my opals added to my hotel, i play and own faminly feuds and have been playing for 16 months...i play wordscape but i don't own it.
it tells me after every game that i'm earning opals at one time i earned 78 opals but they were not added to my hotel.
i'm upset because i play FF at least 2-3 hours a day LOL i used to play for 7-8 hours but whybother when i'm not earning my opals.
i cant remember how many opals i'v earned so far but it runs into thousands.
the only time i earn any opals is when i sign into the hotel (i think) but whats that?.....2 opals!!!!

i'm having trouble with fishdom and not only am i not getting opal's but the game took 4 opal's away from me before it crashed. i sent ticket for jqs2 downloaded everything direct x this ehst uninstalled and reinstalled game mangar and games, now they say it's my video card, i just had on put in. so when your not getting opal's think of me the game took some away! there's a new subject! on another note, i may just not keep a game installed after it dosn't work the time i install it. iwin will lose people and sales. this is why i buy my games including iwin games at the store i get a actual cd and if it dont work i just take it back and exchange it for another one of the same game, after 2 returns i get money back. ive been having pc trouble since the michael jackson tragedy, and only on iwin. i play my own games not connected to any game site and have no problems. i like the hotel idea and the friends i met here, but it's getting to the point where i don't care anymore. should i go out and buy a new pc everytime i have a problem instead of filing a ticket? sorry but ive been doing things for 2 days and nothing is working. i'm just as upset as everyone else.

This is getting Ridiculous. iWin now has a preprinted solution which seems to get tagged onto any type of ticket sent.

I BOUGHT A GAME AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE 500 OPALS FOR THE PURCHASE. HOW DIFFICULT IS THAT?

I SENT IN A TICKET SAYING THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE 500 OPALS FOR THE GAME PURCHASE AND what did I get? You got it.

IWIN CANNOT KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TIME AND NO DISCRETIONARY OPALS ARE TO BE AWARDED.

What discretionary opals? Look up my account and see that I bought the game but did not receive the opals. Simple, isn't it?

I don't understand why we have to be put through the constant resending or rejecting solutions. Please, I beg you, read the tickets before you just tag on a same old same old solution. Why call it a solution? It's not. I have to send in another ticket.

I want to update my previous post because, although, I did get my 500 opals for the purchase of a game, I was told they were giving me this as a courtesy.Can you believe that?

I bought a game. I paid for the game. There was no courtesy in my getting the opals. By buying the game, it was due me.

In the context they used the words "game play". There was no game play involved here. That is why I say that I really don't think they read the tickets when they come in, they just react.

i just recieved a solution to my ticket, same as before only they added they have no record of my purchase, i didnt buy fishdom its a free game and i just told them that. and again its my fault cause a box came up said something about erroe line 7 or something it didn't stay long enough to read it let alone report it to microsoft and again they say its my video card which was new and just installed. all my games from iwin work except fishdon and again jqs 2. these are free trials and not worth all this trouble, so i'm going to uninstall those 2 games and play the rest of the games that do work, there i solved my own problem. sorry, cause i really liked fishdom, but i did everything they suggested java , direct x all that, i uninstalled both game manager and fishdom and re installed both. just like they said, so i guess there is no hope for my problem. i will leave forums and uninstall fishdom and jqs 2 and my problems will be over, cause all other games work. i thanked the anyway's. i just uninstalled the 2 games that dont work so now my problem is solved. thank you.

I didn't seem to get any reply on last ticket on pg 11 which as I read so many others too have gotten. I am totally fed up with even writing a ticket. They DON"T WORK, THEY DON'T CARE! Annie I think you should get on them to look at new problems also because what I've seen its getting worse, not better. I've had all kinds of weird things happen lately. Didn't get any yesterday and it said I got 154 opals sign in or you'll loose them. I was signed in and game stayed on bottem and would not close or put how many opals you earn and thats when I signed out and signed in to see if anything can happen when in the middle of it they decided to close game and do the regular post of how many you win. Of course it didn't go to my opals. I notice less earned all the time and I know I"m always playing longer. Can't we just go back to where it was working before all these changes. If so worried about cheaters and keep it equal and fair have us buy iwin hotel like a game and pay for it and get a certain amount each day or something. more if you want to make incentives, but this has gotten out of hand and not getting any better. I stopped timing and writing down and tickets I don't think I'll mess with either it is just getting me disgusted. Any solution in the works?

On page 11 of this thread, Anne acknowledged a problem with Family Feud Online Party. Software engineers are looking into this matter.

Dex can you let Annie know that there is not only an opal problem with ffop, there's also a problem with Wordscape and the many other games people are complaining about. I've lost so much interest in playing on this site, I hope they have a fix soon. It's also not fair that they still have contest open when so many people are not getting any opals and can't join.

Hi Everybody,

I haven't been earning any opals either by playing Wordscape Online Party for more than 10 days. I sent a ticket and recived the same answer of LannT61. I also would like to state that my ranking went down, too. I really hope that you can manage to fix this problem soonest possible as I've been loosing my interest in playing this game to which I used to be very addicted.

am still not getting opal for ff/game on line over 1wk and it show i got it but dont roll over to hotel still have the same an/submitted ticket's yes more then one and they tell me/same thing over /over what u know and done but omg

I didn't receive opals for about a week on ffonlineparty.
I did send two tickets in and re-installed and gave them info from MY comp.

Although that didnt seem to work :
now when playing the game when exiting instead of pressing X button like i always did; i press the menu button to exit then press ok.
And it will tell you go shopping or exit. I dont press them just wait.....
It will then go back to the rooms in the family feud game (my opal amount is still same)
Then I press the home button on the manager. (my opal amount is still same)
Then I press the Hotel iWin button on the manager and miraculously my opals APPEAR.

I know this sounds weird but it works for me.

I am one of the people who are not earning any opals in wordscape. I totally not playing it for quite sometime since I can't earn. But I do earn opals with the games I have purchase and they do double up. It's just to hard to play everyday for so many hours. I want to spend some time with my family too. I wish Iwin will do something, so we can get opals as quickly as before all this started (new version). Still hoping and waiting, klong.

I play the online games family feud and wordscape. I'm not recieving correct amount of opals on ff sometimes none. I usually play 1 or 2 games. I own ff. i play wordscape online, I play 1 to 3 games but have never recieved any opals for wordscape. i do not own and will not purchase wordscape if you can't get opals.

ANNE,Ijust finished playing satisfashion I played for 1 hour 45 min.no breaks.yes I own the game.No opals,just a mess.saying 2 play longer.I play 2 earn 2 fix my hotel Rms.When are the opals going 2 be refunded back.

I am not earning opals for playing wordscape and the canned response I received from iwin to my ticket was not even relevent. That was a week ago. I have yet to receive a meaningful response. Are they working on fixing the problem or is this just part of the New Way of Doing Things like the new inactivity monitor? I have a sneaky suspicion that because the Wordscape Online Party is a free game and its players therefore are second class members, we will no longer be able to earn opals for playing and will not be allowed to participate in Hotel Iwin. I do realize that opals represent a future cost to iwin in bandwidth and are not "free" as other commenters believe. Iwin is tightening its belt and trying to control costs by limiting the amount of opals they give.

I feel very sorry for the players who pay for games here. I was seriously considering it but not anymore. I will continue to put up with the annoying ads in Cradle of Persia and the other few I play because it doesn't make sense to give money to a business that fails to deliver what they promise. All the players who bought Hidden Object games should be compensated because iwin did not keep their end of the bargain.

first of all i don't think anyones taking notice of us complaining of not earning opals.
this is my second week i have been earning not more that 2-3 opals when i log on and thats it.
yes i'm upset because i used to earn at my 720 opals per day.....
now will someone please take notice and let us have our opals back its got to where i dont even want to play and get robbed of my opals.

first of all i dont think anyone is taking notice of us complaing of not earning opals
this is my second week of earning 2-3 opals every time i log on and thats it.
i'm tired of complaining its got to where i dont want to play so i can get robbed of my opals.
please someone fix it or give us a refund ,
because when you pay for something you expect it to work or get a refund.
or at least give us our hundreds of opals we lost.
i have been playing ff for 16 months but getting sick of complaing.
i play ws but i dont own that.

i only play family feud online party i have not been earning opal for about 5 days. i am playing it but it keeps saying 0 opals earned i have not hit the daily limit cause i dont earn any. today wednesday it says i earned the normal amount 48 opals for 1 full round of ff online party but then when i go to the hotel it does not update. i do play almost every day for 2-4 hours i had tried to submit a ticket but i guess it was the wrong department.. i am bummed out cause i like the opals. lol there is always something one day the server is crashing the next you have an opal problem i love ff so i hope you can get this fixed

I just bought Wedding dash 3 with my icoins. I just played for an hour! I got 2 opals, and I played straight through, I never paused the game or anything! Anytime I play my icoins games I never get opals. I send in tickets, but I get automated responses that I need to reinstall the games. I do it a lot, it never works! I dont know what information you need, but it's almost 1:15 pm CST and I just finished playing. Can I get my icoins back? I like the game a lot, but I need opals! I can play a free game and get opals for it. Any advice is welcome!

ok ticket's not working and is getting very sick i been w win for few year's now and i love it but i was going to end the sub/ be fore hotel iwin i then said hey i like the hotel our stay~ reason i stay longer~because of the hotel i win because is always a porblem and i dont play for free i been paying for year:s people who play for free have right 2 if is not going to give us our opal tell us because the ticket dont WORK!~~~~~~~I LOVE HOTEL IWIN BUT NO USE STAYING IF IT'S NOT GOING TO WORK!they keep telling us check w anniwin she have a lot on her now ~they need to stop putting every thing on her and do some thing becaUSE IS ALOT OF UNHAPPY PLAYER'S~~~~~~~~~~AND U CAN TAKE THAT 2 THE BANK U~HEAR ME

well, I don't keep track of my opal earnings. I am so in love with the new jewel quest beta that I don't care how many opals i earn. I just enjoy playing the games.

I hate to keep beating a dead horse here but this problem keeps getting worse not better. The ones who are supposed to be responding to us by submitting tickets are not solving anything. They are sending out canned messages. I quoted the one before about can't give any opals or has any way of keeping track-if that one wasn't irritating enough the new one "Thank You for bringing this to our attention we've taken note and sent your e-mail onto our SITE DEVELOPMENT TEAM??? Who is that? Upper customer svc or a blow off. More irritating is getting the 1st response and when you reopen or don't accept you get the other one. Today I got the 2nd response and asked for an explaination of what it means exactly and will someone else be getting back to me and they sent back see response, which was the same one I was asking them about. Read the ticket and mark solution suggested looks like they are doing their job, yet nothing is really being answered or responded too. What else do we have left to do if customer service won't answer us??? I've tried on here, but as everyone else we are all stating the problems but I'm not reading any solutions. Can you please update us on any progress or where we are at with all this? Thank you, LA

The purpose for this thread no longer exists. The final tweaking of the monitoring software has been completed and compensatory Opals are no longer being offered when tickets are filed; therefore, this thread is being locked.
