Bought scrabble deluxe can't even find the game at win to reload it on a new computer. Whats with this? Can somebody tell me where to find the game?

OK, so you don't want a forum...but without the forum, I or other users couldn't help you so... As for the game, when you bought it, you downloaded it to your computer so it should be in the folder, usually under Programs, called iwin.com. That's where all your games are placed when you download them, unless you changed the default settings for downloads when you opened your account. It's tucked away in that folder on your computer just waiting to be played; you just have to look for it there. Since it's not available in the iWin inventory anymore, you may have to set up a desktop icon to play it without the Game Manager. If you need help doing that, look under the Support tab for the Knowledge Base and you can find instructions there on how to play a game without the Game Manager or you could do a search of the forums for help...but that's right, you don't want a forum...oh well... I have had Scrabble Deluxe for months with no problems but today it stopped giving opals. A page comes up that says WHOOOPS! page not available and returns to the home page in 15 seconds.My problem is that I can not locate Scrabble Deluxe so I'm affraid to remove the game and reload. Is anyone else having problems and does anyone have advice? I did submit a ticket but they usually tell you to reload. Thank you for any help.

Since Scrabble Deluxe is no longer in the iWin game inventory (see the post above yours), DO NOT REMOVE IT from your computer or it will be gone for good. You won't be able to reload it from iWin. I don't know if games that are removed from the inventory eventually stop giving opals; you will have to file a ticket to ask Support about that. But if you bought the game, at least you can still play it...you may have to set up a desktop icon to play it outside the Game Manager (again, check the post above for information on that) just remember, don't uninstall it...Good luck! I purchased Scrabble Deluxe a couple of years ago, and like Robin, I was receiving the same message and I was going to uninstall and reinstall it from the website but decided to search for it before I did that, in all the games listed and I was unable to find the game, so I did not uninstall it but wondered what happened to it till I came to this forum and you answered my question. I guess if the game is no longer in the inventory it will not give you opals because in your iwingames.log file the game is not recorded for you to get the credit for playing it, so I play it just for fun. Thanks again for letting us know that it is no longer in the inventory and answering my question.
