i download it but it won"t run whats the problem

Same here - get an error message and the game closes. Can't run it.

same thing here. can't get through the intro. game shuts down, "errors occured" msg. Uninstalled it.

Read the game requirements, should've played ok on my pc?

Oh, well, no time for games that don't work!

Ditto to all - downloaded but would not launch the game, no errors, no nothing, just blank screen. I closed the game and shows I have 54 minutes left of play but I never played at all.

I downloaded this today and it played okay. I was not impressed by the game however. Didn't like the musiic, admittedly a personal preference. Whenever you click on a wrong object a message appears at the top of the screen, which I found both annoying and distracting. Most importantly the hot spot (is that the right term?) is EXTREMELY picky. I clicked several times on an object in plain view and kept getting the annoying message. Finally used a hint, which pointed towards the same object and clicking without success until I hit just the right spot. I won't be buying this one.

Went back and played game again to confirm my first impression. Learned that if you skip the story (which I did the first time I played) it plays okay. If you let the story play it locks up. Confirmed by starting over and skipping the story - no problems.

I played the trial. Loved it, bought it. Now it won't play. I've uninstalled it twice & redid. Now will iWin give me credit for a new game or what happens? I'm NEW to iWin. Someone Please Help. tacomeg1

I installed the game Mystery Masterpiece: The Moonstone and it would not play....what's happening. By the time you download, you don't have time to just
sit and download game after game. Any help for us...what's wrong with the game?

Good game, but if you press "A" keyboard while playing the game (!!!!) it reveals the objects hidden in the location

So I COMPLETED the game in 25(!!!) minutes! All the crimes (cards) were checked and the murderer was appointed!

Something is blocking a complete download of the installations files, most likely your antiviral/firewall settings. Go to the Customer Support Center and look under the heading Technical of the Knowledge Base. There are articles which will help you adjust your software.

You need to file a support ticket with the Customer Support Center, third tab from the left labeled Request Support. If the game will not play past one hour from the time you downloaded until the game stopped, you will be refunded your purchase price.
