Downloading or Installing games, Activating purchased games

I downloaded two games from the free games list and on my list of games they show 60 min trial instead. The games are The Scruffs and Turtle Odysses 2.

Hello I'm glade to see that someone can enjoy the free downloads because I can't ....

....can someone please help me? I have been trying for a week now. Every time I try to download a free game, I get an error message that states Internet explorer script error! Then it says object doesn’t support this property method. Please help me all the games I want to play are on Iwin. Thank you for any help you can provide.

will westward 4 work on a windows vista laptop???, everytime i try to load the game an error message about hardware pops up and it closes.

You can download the games at any time but instead of getting a game freeplay with ads, you'll be playing 60 minutes of trial play. Once the hour is over, you have the option of buying the game.

Your computer might be suffering from a lack of updated or missing applications or incompatible software settings of the browser and/or antiviral/firewall software. There is an article in the iWin Knowledge Base which will help you do a "tune-up" on your computer; here is the link: Troubleshooting Your Computer - Basic Assistance Guide. Be sure to check your browser's advanced settings regarding scripting errors. You'll want to change them so notification is turned off. You also have the option of filing a ticket with the Customer Support Center, click on third tab from the left, Request Support.

A hardware conflict is an unusual error message for loading a game which uses only a mouse as a pointing device so I believe something else is causing the error message. Check out the iWin Knowledge Base regarding Vista and iWin Games: Tips for using iWin games with Microsoft Vista. There may be more articles since the link I gave you. Make a screen print of the error message in case you choose to file a ticket with the Customer Support Center.

I downloaded a free game and every time i try to play it it says , I am not connected to the internet..

I've been playing Supple (free with ads) for a while now, and am on day 3. Now it keeps unexpectanly quitting on me, and taking me to a page to buy the game. Are "unlimited with ads" really unlimited or is this another ploy to get you to buy it?

is anyone having troubles with Home Sweet Home? i downloaded the regular one and the Christmas edition and they are both doing the same things. ill try to describe - when i try to add the walls it doesnt show but it is applied if i scroll over rugs all the buttons disappear and i only see the room.. its annoying because i like the game and i dont want to buy them if they do this

confused was able to download and play Jewl Quest and Jewel quest 2 but been trying to download three other games Lost in Reef. Flower parardise and the one called Atlantis something (match 3 game) but none of those will go thru I get to the page where it gives you those 3 options to but and join then can get to the page where it says play free no time limit (with ads) press that and nothing foes back to the other page with 3 options. So not sure what Im doing wrong I figure it let me dowloan my other 2 games and have been playing but not sure why I cant get any other games like them to work. If anyone has any suggestions or know how to fix the problem or knows how to get any other Matching 3 games please help me Im getting so frustrated

I downloaded Nat Geo Adventure: Lost City of Z today and when I try to play it takes me directly to the opals earned screen. Tried reinstalling w/o success. Downloaded and played other trials yesterday and today w/o any problems.

I've tried to download today's new games: Farm Frenzy 3: American Pie & Farm Mania 2. Neither one will download. They keep giving me a long number instead. I would really like to try these games. Could you please assist me?

I am getting the same type of thing. Mine appear to download, but when I go to launch, I get the long number and says download failed.

FYI: Farm Mania 2 seems to have been removed from the list of new games; perhaps the problems you're running into downloading were brought to CSC's attention and they decided to remove it until they could find the problem...I'm just guessing here but it would make sense...

If tickets are filed about the other game - Farm Frenzy 3 - CSC may have a closer look at it to see if it should be pulled as well or they may see if the problem is a common issue between the 2 games? Make sure you file tickets when you run into technical issues with games; CSC can't fix what they don't know about...although the initial responses may seem generic, tickets from many users will trigger a closer look at particular games by CSC if the issue brought forward seems to be recurring or common to many users. But please - only one ticket per user per issue...

UPDATE: I filed a ticket and sent in a screenshot of the error message so I'll let you know what I find out. UPDATE #2 - well Farm Mania is back on the site and seems to be working well (played it last night - fun!) and users are posting that the Farm Frenzy 3 game seems to be downloading fine now so CSC seems to have found the glitch so enjoy! I recommend you hold off on farm mania 2 a lot of people are haveing problems with it and it isn't just on iwin. I submitted a ticket and they just say clear history reinstall, then reinstall manager. I resubmitted the ticket but we as users need to do something about this we pay for these games and the manager is constantly messing up or the game has issues down the road.

I downloaded it after it came back on the list and played through my hour without any problems...are you still having trouble with it since they brought it back?

Every time I try to download a 60 min trial, I get that adminworker.exe is not a valid Win32 function. I never had this trouble before. What's happening?

I downloaded Gotcha: Celebrity Chat. I got so far and when I came to the mini game where I had to match the objects on game 5 It didn't do anything. Can anyone help.

I have downloaded Pure Hidden. I play the first screen click on all hidden objects and then NOTHING HAPPENS??????

I'm having a little bit of trouble playing the free version of Jane's Realty. At first the ads were evenly spaced between cities. Now that the cities are harder and therefore longer the Ads are hindering gameplay. Sometimes an ad will come up durring actual game play, but the game doesn't pause, so I end up loosing at least 20 seconds of gamplay. Usually it's half a minute, because the longer ads seem to always come up. I always get an ad at the start/end of every level, but the once or twice in between is too much because the timer just doesn't pause.

When I download anything, the images blink blink BLINK in a seizure-inducing way, and I'm unable to activate the play button by clicking on it. I'm not having this trouble with other gaming sites, so I must conclude the fault is iWin's.

what can i do if i want to play supple but i can't with those ******** ads they have is like every 1minute and 30 seconds i just want to play supple alon

The ads are what permit iWin to offer the games for free play; if you don't want the ads, your only option is to purchase the game. You can check out the various membership choices in the Knowledge Base.

I am a iwin member. I purchased a game called Remedy and I cannot play the game a error keeps coming up, its states something about gif89.dll and that its invalid or not registered, what does this mean, I want to play the game, if not I want a refund. does anyone have a suggestion of what to do?

I'm am iwin member and have tried to download 2 trial games without success. Born into Darkness is just that, a black screen, nothing else. The Mirror Mysteries downloads and then when I try to play an error in unpacking and code LP5 comes up. Can anyone tell me how to fix these problems please?

I'm a little confused by your comment since the most current version of DirectX available is 9.0c

Are you sure you're running the correct version? A lot of the newer games must have 9.0c installed in order to play properly.

trying to play slingo supreme and it tells me i'm spelling it wrong.alsoit tells me to download new version of iwin and it will not let me.

Make sure you use the blue button below the regular download button; it says something like Free for iCoins Members or Free for All-Access... That will bring you to the purchase screen where, if you remove the backup cd, the order is free.and the game is yours.

I never could get Frankenstein HOG to play. I've had trouble with some of the free games where the ads make the games totally freeze and never get past the main menu. One game particular is G.H.O.S.T Hunters. The ads totally freezes that game before you can even put in your user name. I sent a ticket to tech and they sent me back some irrelevant answer other than what I asked of them. So not cool, peeps.

i have had no troubles with downloading free play games except for
Annabel i get a black screen and then..... nothing
and i know it's not my pc cause when i played the game for the trialversion it worked as did syberia 2 ( free play ) and the graphs
are way better then anabel

anyone else had this problem ?

I downloaded Age of Emerald, Cradle of Persia, Mah Jong Quest and Mah Jong Quest III. They are supposed to be free games and they all say I have purchased them. They also will not start. They just go to a screen that thanks me for playing and asks me to come again.
Is there a fix for this problem? I am using windows 7.

im havin the same problem. i am connected to internet, ive turned off my firewall, an it still says im not connected, an i keep pressing attempt to connect but it doesnt. whats wrong, this is on any game ive downloaded.

Trying to play the new Farm Frenzy 3. It comes to a complete halt as soon as I enter my name. If I hit enter the game closes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no remedy.
