have just started playing on line - like it - came in here because wordscape is so stuffed !!! only i find the same ratings rubbish happening here - everytime i win i lose 40 ratings points and same if i lose what is it with this site - is anyone able to play the online games without something stuffing up - now i have bought over a dozen games i think i will cancel my iwin membership until i see some benefits or some effort put into correcting this - have now joined another site - this has been happening since July 2009 - i am out of patience

I am new to this site and love playing jewel quest...I am very confused. I played and won hte round but lost 40 rating points....I don't understand the scoring.

How do u find a player if u know their sign in name? I added as a friend during the game, twice, but it still never showed up & I don't know how to find them. Any suggestions?

I just went back and read all of the issues around JQP rating system and its inability to track games properly. Where does working out the glitches on this issue stand. I win games against players with higher ratings and my rank goes down - tough to get above 100 for anything. Is there a way to reset? Also my best score never updates.

I have a question that maybe others have. I will enter a game such as JQ or Wordscape. Frequently happening to me now is Game Begins and game freezes for me for anywhere from 2 seconds 6 seconds, much time lost. Occassionally I have found it was my spyware started scanning and that caused it. When I cancel I can play - no problems. Most of the time though I can not find any thing that my ciomputer is causing it to freeze. I note the freezing in Chat and some respond they are having same problem. Ticket says norm, update, uninstall. Any one fiquire out what's happening?

Hi to every one, What is this bootting off request that I just saw on J Q. Did I miss-enterpet the message ? Is one person asking some one to Leave or ?. My reply was " If you have some beef; put it on the B B Q.

It does not sound good to me. I said that we play nice here. Was I wrong ?
To all you younger in the loop people, please give me a clue.

The boot request was not for me. But it is a mystery.

I have read about people complaining about how can a person start a game of JQ and two seconds later they are already on silver mode. So apparently there is a way to hack (cheat) and i would want to be able to report that, I guess if u complain about that iwin sends them (the cheater) a message any more complaints against them then they will be booted. Then it seems everyone else that is playing with them can see that they have complaints against them. If I see this when i go into a room i usually decide not to play there with that person and just move to another room. Otherwise it could be because they are not talking very nice to others!!

O K, so are there rules? And if so were are they found. I think I just fell off the turnip truck.

How are the opals counted ?
What are the ratings for ?
What is the booting all about ?
Is there a handy cap placed on you based on your rating ?

how come when I win games I always get a MINUS of 30/40 Points Please explain the rating system???

once someone told me there were boot requests for me.... really didn't know why. btw nobody did except the one who booted???

The moderators are not informed of internal plans or upcoming games or any other business decisions iWin makes. We are still users to iWin and we find out the same time the rest of the players do. So sorry Nina, I can't help you here.
