Is there any way to find out which dictionary is used for this game?

This is a very interesting question. It does not tell on the game description page. Since I have not played the game, is there a credits page? It could be there what is the source of the words. In the meantime, I'll ask my contact at iWin. •••MaryBeth ¤¤¤ Volunteer Forum Moderator

I have no idea. whenever i play the game it always skips over a round. The round will start but then go to the mext one. Its very annoying

Hmmm, Looks like the Wordscape problems still exist!
I will continue to check out these forums every 2 months ... until they are fixed I won't install the iwin game client ...

The ratings have not gone up or down, from the start of when I played Wordscape for the first time, I really payed attention to the ratings, then after four weeks after, I didn't really care about teh ratings because I don't think it matters now or back then. You just have to play to be a winner because you got into that room and played your hardest, that's your win too.

I used to seek out people with killer (2000+) ratings - I'm therefore guaranteed a challenging game. This aspect is absolutely vital to me!

please fix the ratings issue on here it does not move the competition factor is slowly killing another good game i wont say we can put people on the moon but come on

I absolutely agree with the fact that the ratings debacle kills the game. It is impossible to find people with the same skills as you to play against and even if you winn your rating goes down. I love wordscape and would love to see it working properly.

Might not be the right forum for this. But it is about ws. Yesterday there were conversations that were very insulting to other players. This occured at different times. No names will be mentioned. Please, remember, this is a fun game site. Let's keep it fun. Let's also remember children are on board. Let's keep conversations appropriate for children's ears and let's be respectfull to our youth. My opinion, anyway. They are very sensitive remember when you wee young? Imagine it is your child and how you would want your child spoken to especially by adults.

The dictionary used is the Scrabble dictionary.

Does anyone know the significance of those little pictures next to name and rating?

I would also like to know which dictionary is used as refference. I have seveeral times entered a word I know is correct and ws rejects it. Then have to go to a lower point word. Frustrating. I already have a hard enough time seeing aword peried. Then when I find a good one it rejects it. This doesnt happen always but often.

I've had it refuse words I know are in the dictionary too. It's frustrating.
I also would like to know when Wordscape is going to start awarding opals again. That's also a frustration to have to play "stupid" games to get to the next floor.
Why offer this if they're not going to follow through???
I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the website, nothing works! One day i'm winning opals the next none.
I'm ready to stop playing iwin games until it's fixed!

I agree that they either fix it or toss it out. until it's fixed i'm outa here.
No rewards, no play.
According to the insulting replies I've had, we amount to nothing to them.
Their priorities are to selling and collecting money not to pleasing their players.
I'm going to a site that works and addresses the issues important to their gamers.
