I tried searching it, but the moniter said the search results came up with nothing. Explain that.

I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE GAME 3 TIMES. IT STILL WON'T PLAY. ALL I GET IS A DARK GRAY SCREEN WHEN I CLICK ON "PLAY NOW" DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS FOR ME?

I've downloaded it and begun play, but am having trouble working out how to use the tools. I'm going to search for an online walkthrough now to get some hints. Looks like a hot game!

Same problem here too - opened a ticket, tried all the advice, but still no luck. This game took nearly 3 hours to download and I have done it twice. Getting frustrated now cus it looks like a great game.

Any other ideas?

Echo, I think that you have to collect all the evidence first before going back to the case. Then when you click on it everything automatically gets put back in it.

ok i finally got it i had just forgot to take the blacklight back off the light thanks for the help

just got it , I think I'll really like this one if I can just figure out how to use my items

but really so far it's awesome

The iWin Customer Support Center is the place to resolve technical issues with your game. Reopen your ticket and explain in detail all you had done to troubleshoot your computer in order to get this game working. The technicians are the primary resource for any software related issue.
