[i]I REALLY loved this game...I just typed in "cake" and it popped up and I did not see this game when u want to request support regarding this game on the list. OK maybe u could try to help me because I am not able to click on the name of this game because as I did say it is not in the list of games on the support site. After I was somehow lucky enough to get to play for 94 minutes (it surpassed the 60 min. trial), it said you can purchase this game if you are an icoins member for only $6.99 but when I went to the "review your order" page it had 1800 icoins to purchase (maybe because I have 200 in my icoin account???) and of course the back up CD and a total of $14.84...I do not understand the billing when it is offered for $6.99 for an icoin member...I guess I will have to wait until I get my icoins in a couple of weeks to purchase it...Only asking because it is not listed and other games I have contimplated buying had a total of $12 something

I love this game!! However, after I purchased it, it said my key had sxpired and will not open the game. I wrote tech support 3 days ago and have not heard anything. I have uninstalled it and then reinstalled it again without success.

Anyone have any ideas what to try now? Please help!!

Click Play Now in the box with the game title from your MyGames menu. When you get the screen with the time expired message, look in the upper right hand corner of that window. You will see your username and directly under it the word Activate. Click on Activate. Another small window will show up asking for your email address. Type in the email address you use for iWin, click OK or hit return, and your game should launch. If it doesn't, then you will have to wait for tech support to get back to you with the ticket you filed.

I am having the same issue with telling me the key has expired. The suggestion on how to activate did not work for me.

Your Key Has Expired - In iWin's Knowledge Base is an article regarding key expiration. Click on the blue text and read the article. Key Expiration

You will have to file a trouble ticket to access the game. You can do that after reading the article or click here > Customer Support Center

I liked this game but it really stressed me out

i cant find a way to download this game. its on special today and it wont download. it says coming soon
