Anyone else have an issue with the game when you get to level 1 of the Thyme Square? I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still won't let me play it as it comes up with an error message. Please let me know how this can be fixed. Thanks!

If you are experiencing technical issues with a game, there is a special Forum to post your questions at this link: Get By With A Little Tech Help From My Friends Forum. There you can get technical assistance from users to apply to your computer at your own risk or you can visit the iWin Knowledge Base on the far lefthand side of the Customer Support Center page, and search for articles matching your issue or you can file a ticket with Support. Click on the word "Support" anywhere you find it on the website or game manager.
The iWin Forums are a user based venue; therefore, they are not actively monitored by iWin personnel. Please read the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) threads at the top of each Forum main page. They explain the topics open for discussion in that Forum and the guidelines to posting in the Forum. Thank you.

As is explained in the post directly above yours, tech issues has its own Forum and your post really belonged there; there is already a topic for game issues at this link - Diner Dash 5: Boom! - Tech Help. Have you looked to see if any of the various articles in the Knowledge Base might help you resolve your problem with the game? Did you file a ticket advising iWin Support of hte problems you were having or did you go straight to requestiing a refund? As for getting a refund from iWin for the game, it is said quite often in the Forums by many users that Iwin refunds quite quickly for game issues and others.
