need opinion...do you have to know how to play poker to enjoy the game or will it give you instuctions along the way???

There is a tutorial for the game and how to play poker. BUT, I wouldn't buy the game just yet since there is a glitch they need to fix. It's like you are buying an hour demo of the game.

This is 2 games in a row that I bought from iWin that I am having problems with (first slingo-egypt) now this one.... still havent seen my refund for slingo. This is a bit disappointing!

I agree, despite uninstalling the game and reinstalling I still can't get past the coalmine level without the game asking me to purchase it, which I already have. Lets hope a fix is released very soon as this is quite poor for a premium game

If you are having difficulty with the game, please file a ticket with Support. This seems to be a glitch common to several of you so make sure that those tickets get filed so that Support can see the pattern and find a solution... If Support can not find a way to get the game to work for you, they can and will refund your money but if you don't file a ticket, they don't know to try and correct a problem. Posting in the Forums is NOT a substitute for contacting Support or a direct link to Support. For technical help, you must file a ticket...be as specific as you can with details so that Support has as much information as possible. It will make it easier and faster for all of you to get playing or get your refund if necessary.

TO 1431902 - When did you request your refund? Did you download the original version or the updated one released on June 15/10? That was the repaired version which corrected the initial problems (the developer inadvertently sent iWin the Beta version...). If you have not received a response to your ticket, you should reopen it and ask for an update as to its status.

It sounds if i am in the same position as alot of others, cant get past the coal mine level, what are you going to do, expensive game, and I buy a lot of games from you NOT HAPPY

As I said above, if the game is having issues, particularly if it's the same issue for several players, then filing a ticket will alert Support but if tickets aren't filed, how is Support to know there is a problem? When the Slingo Quest Egypt game was released, there was an issue with it and within a few days of Support being advised, a new release was obtained for the developer...So I will repeat again to everyone, if the game is misbehaving, then file that ticket! They can not fix what they do not know about; several tickets gives them the heads-up that there is a pattern and that helps them figure out what is wrong...Dee, volunteer moderator

The Coal mine is a challenge that you need to win in order to get on your way!
After it you will get a horse.

How does the coal mine work?
Go to the man at the entrance of the mine.
Play the special heads up.
If you win you will get a horse and you can travel to more cities.

If you loose press next day walk to the entrance again and enter again.
The man at the door will give you money to do this.

That man seems to be a supporter of you and he really wants you to be governor again or just wants poker to be
legal again... I don't know

But in this way you can play that heads up again.

To tell you the truth you will not be disappointed!!!! When you move on.

When there are game issues, please check the places where known problems and updates are posted, either News & Announcements on the main page of the Customer Service Center page or Maintenance Announcements in the forum. If you have asked for a refund, they are usually processed quite quickly by iWin with some users saying they have gotten the funds back as quickly as within 24 hours...how long it will take to show up on your credit card or PaypaI can vary but shouldn't be long... Dee, Volunteer Moderator

The game has now re-appeared on iwin after being taken off yesterday. I un-installed the old version and re-installed the new one and so far the game seems to run fine. I haven't gotten to the coal mine yet, but the game itself seems different (as in.... not like a demo or beta game).

We are allowed 3 installments of each purchased game. Is reinstalling this game going to count against that policy?

Can you please advivse me if there has been a solution to the problem with this game , do i have to uninstall and then re install, I have payed for my game and have filed a ticket, waiting your reply loved this game up to the coal mine win, I cant play any further, contack email address removed kind regards Dorothy Aldridge

For those who are having trouble with this game after buying it if you would delete the game and then download it again it should work for you!It did for me!!!And i didn't have to pay for it again either!

What are you talking about this is one of the most best games ever but its your opinion.

I get as far as El Paso and can't leave the game room there - I won and it would not let me out. I made up a new player and got to that point again and the same thing happened - WHAT is going on - I really enjoy the game but this is so frustrating.

I don't know about the trouble you have guys with coalmine. I passed that level already. But I am facing other problems. I was in a tournament and I busted all my opponents and took all the chips. But I dont want to get off my chair. Its like Iam stuck in there. And even when I tried clicking on "leave table" under the menu, it still didn't work.
Any help with this???

i really want to buy this game but it sounds like it has several bugs...are they ALL fixed now?

i own all the towns but cant get to the towns off the main train route i also have won the poker on the train 3 times but still dont own the train what am i doing wrong

We beat the governor, we own everything, our reputation is full in all towns. Where do go from here? And where is the Riverboat? We have not found it anywhere.

How do we get the Live Version of Governor Poker 2 Premium? We own everything and have over $400,000. Is there any place else to go?

What's the difference between the premium and the standard edition?
