As the opening post clearly states; if you are having technical problems with the game, then please contact Support. Technical issues are no longer addressed in the Forums. Players posting in the Forums instead of filing tickets means that iWin Support can be unaware of an issue that is affecting games; players get frustrated because they think that, having posted to the Forums, Support should be fixing their issue. Directing the players to send tickets to Support for ALL technical issues instead of having tech help topics eliminates the confusion.
