Hi everyone.My picture is missing eyes .Looks real freaky.Anyone else have this problem?Do you know how to fix this problem?Would llike to make friends don't let the picture scare you.Drop by my rooms and say hi.

Anne did post in the iWin Blog about the missing facial features of the avatars, so it is a known issue & being worked on by iWin engineers. You can read the whole blog here: Changes. Essentially, the work around, until this is repaired, is to "repopulate" your avatar as if you were choosing features for the first time through the hotel stores. All the facial features, glasses and hair are free, so there will be no charge to put your eyes back. That does sound so weird.

HI! All I have made some new friends, but still have my first friend rose. I have a lot of fun playing, and decorating my rooms,can't wait to get to my next floor.

Then there are the ones you try to be friends with,and say hi to them when playing ,and they leave the room like you have a cold or something they will catch,Some are not like that they are friendly.So don't be discouraged if some don't talk ,you can look forward to the ones that do,and they will be the ones you will want as friends,If someone tells you something about someone ,don't be rude to them,maybe get their side of the story,and if someone comes to your room,and leaves a message at least go back to theirs ,and tell them thank-you for stopping by,don't be like some ,and not return the message.

You've made a great first step by posting here. If you'd like to show off your rooms, start in this thread. It is an index to all the different types of rooms in the hotel. Click on the room themes you have designs for and leave the floor number. People will come to call.

My name is Walt and I'm 69 going on 22 lol. I retired 3 years ago after 14 years of driving trucks. Before that I had been in the Navy (in submarines), worked as an apprentice mechanic for a formula I racing team, worked on alarm systems and other electronic installations, worked in design engineering for Texas Instruments, drove taxis and limousines and a few other short term jobs. I went to college at MIT, URI and ETSU where I taught physics for 1 year. When I retired I took part of my 401K and bought a 35' motor home, a time share in Las Vegas and an '89 Chrysler TC by Maserati which only came as a convertible, a nice little fun 2-seater. I now have quite a bit of time to play games when my wife and I don't have to take care of out 2+ year old greatgranddaughter whose parents are both in the Air Force and occasionally have temperarory duties awayfrom home at the same time. They both work on fighter planes but in different squadrons. See my 13th floor for photos of the baby although at two she gets VERY upset if she hears you call her a baby. My photo on my home page is of my wife and I on our 45th wedding anniversary when we renewed our vows. This was about 3 years ago. That's enough gabbing for now. WALT

I pretty much stumbled into Iwin, but I am glad I did. Usually one might be a tad skeptical at the "free games" you tends to see, but iWin seems to have the right idea about the concept. At the very least they have the sense to put ads in the right spots (after finishing a round as opposed to in the middle of a session).

I'm a widow, a "Senior Citizen" (over 55), and have just moved into a new apartment all alone, by myself. (Long story) I like to spend time reading or doing some other hobbies, but have gotten hooked on this game site just recently. (newly hooked up to the Internet too.) For health reasons, I'm not working now so I find lots of free time on my hands. I love animals but don't have any right now, so I enjoy hearing about other people's pets. I have been a member for awhile and have not made any friends..quess I did not know how. So I here goes I to meet new people and have fun playing games onlines...I am also a full time student right now and i Win is my way of blowing off a little steam. And I enjoy it alot.

A friend of mine introduced me to iWin a couple of weeks ago and I have having a blast playing Jewel Quest and Mahjong. I haven't played too many online party games yet though cause the few times I've tried, I got the feeling I should practice and get up to speed with everyone else first! LOL

I think it's great being able to customise your own avatar and decorate your rooms at Hotel iWin. I've seen some pretty amazing ones and I it seems like you are pretty much only limited to your imagination as to what kind of room you can create. The room that I have started decorating is a little sparse at the moment due to limited opals but I've sort of modelled it on what I imagine my "thinking room" would look like as I sit down and attempt to write screenplays. Thanks to a lucky spin on the Wheel of Opalescence I finally have enough to furnish my room with a magic link door! Yaaay

I just haven't decided on the URL yet.

Anyway, about me: I'm living in Sydney, Australia and my interests include: films (different genres), computer games (particularly puzzle and music games), listening to music (all kinds), animation, writing and drawing. I've played on this site for over a year and just realised a couple of months ago I could sign up and start receiving opals and making rooms. So I've started on that and doing what I can. There are some amazing rooms out there.
