I would like to say it's because of Marlon Brando in A Street Car Named Desire. The scene when he screams out the name Stella, but it is not. I picked it out because a few years ago I fell in love with Italian and studied it for a year. So when I thought about what name to use I picked Stella because in Italian it means star and I like the way it sounds. As for the number, well that was the year I graduated from high school.

My usual sign in name is normally Cryztal,,, but I think maybe once upon a time I signed in here then lost my account because it wouldnt let me use that when I tried to sign in here a few months ago. So..SengaFox is what my oldest son and all his friends used to call me..I have no idea where they got it from I don't know anyone called Senga lol ..But there it is.. and thats who I have now become - mostly known as Senga by a lot of my family members now lol Confused?..You should be lol

Well there isn't really a mystery as to where my name came from. Lady Hawke is one of my favorite movies. I've used it as my email addy for sometime, but because the original spelling was already taken I had to modify it. Lady Hawk was taken too, so I swapped the 'a' out & used '4' in place of it. When I was signing up here at iWin for some reason it wouldn't let me use l4dyh4wk so I added the 2 because this is the second site I'm using this name on and it took. One person thought my name was 14 dy h 4 wk 2 as in 14th day 4th hr 2nd week & asked if I went to AA or was trying to quit smoking... I could see their reasoning, but had to set them right... its just a mangled manipulation of the name of movie that I happen to like a lot... doesn't hurt that Rutger Hauer is in it either

I wanted a name I could remember, so since this is iwin, I am a winner. dey are my initials, and I was born in 1955. I love this name since it is so positive and affirming. When people address me or send an e-mail, they often call me winner. I love that. Course, those who know my name now call me Donna, and that is great, too. All your posts were interesting. I am a Trekkie, loved the ones with Piccard, Dr. Crusher and that crew.

My husband somehow managed to buy me the very first 2000, 3-G Mitsubishi Eclipse on the road in NY in Sept. of '99 for our 27th anniversary. She was certainly a head turner and stopped traffic MANY times. We called her the Silverbullet, and the rest is history.

honk1 ---

I use to raise ducks and geese on a ten acrea ranch. It was primarily a theraputic zoo for the disabled. My ducks and geese were not the slightest bit agrresive as most people think they are, and in many cases they are, especially the wild ones.
I raised the babies in my home until they were fully feathered, at approx 4 monthd old. This way, when they did go outside they had a flighting chance against predators. They bathed and showered with my children. They jumped onto their beds at night and slept with them. They were actually taught many obediance commands by my daughter who at that time was severally disabled.
They are incredible creatures, affectionate, caring, watchfull, and very gentle.

Thus honk1

The beginning of my eamil adress in honkquack.

When I signed up I tried to use my e-mail name of rockin_painter but it wouldn't let me use more than 10 spaces and that would be rockin_pain. so I decided to spell it backwards, iap_nikcor. I am, you guessed it, a painter living in AZ USA

I am so not imaginative. Tried many different things Robino, Robino1 etc.. would you believe how many Robino's there are? LOL So I just typed in Robin and the first three letters of my last name Lawthers. After I submitted it I realized that it looks like I study or am a lawyer LOL. So very far from it! I love reading all the creative names that I see here on iWin. Bravo to the creative people

Scythia

Scythia was the area in Eurasia inhabited by the Scythians from the 8th Century BCE (BC) to the 2nd Century CE (AD). They were a fierce warrior people, and their women held honor positions in the ranks of those warriors. Most likely the women were the precurser for the rumored "Amazon warrior women", who probably didn't exist, but might have been based on Scythian warrior women. Pronounced "sith-ee ah", though I prefer it "sky-thia". I am an ancient history buff, so I've used this name throughout my gaming experience, including World of Warcraft. A bit boring unless you have a love of history, but there it is!

I thought of this nickname about 10 years ago. Considering myself a "Lady" and living in California where earthquakes are common, it just came to me. I moved to California (San Francisco Bay Area) a few month before the 1989 Loma Prieta 7.1 quake. We've had many earthquakes since and it's pretty amazing to have the earth move under your feet - literally.

Well, here goes my story, tho short and sweet. I was borned in the land of Dixie and tried to come up with something easy to remember. I thought Pixie would be easy to remember and "pixiedixie" was to long to sign into some of the games I was playing, so I just started automatically shortening it to pixiedix.

Have a great day to all of you here.

My sign in is my world of warcraft name, well i think I actually thought it up for lord of the rings online and it carried over into WoW. My other common sign in name is Caliaphe because my name is Calia Fay and my little sister mushed it into Caliaphe!

Ok, so I'm big into fanfic...like the best way I can say I liked a movie is to try and write myself in as a character (yeah, I know, lame ). Anyway...I love LoTR (book, and movies) and decided Boromir so needed a wife, be it even a secret wife. So I created Medila, and when I started using iWin, I found a perfect way to make her story come to life.

My nic name is Diamond Beauty and it in my mind refers to diamond's having beauty once they are made into diamonds. (It also has a personal meaning for me as well too.) I hope it's original enough and diamonds are one of my favorite gems. I don't like choosing nic names that are already used if I can help it because then it's not original enough if one or more people have the same nic name. I think it's important to choose a nic name well because your going to be stuck with it and also depending on what you call yourself you will attract certain types of people depending on what you type of nic name you choose. I also love funny one's and I couldn't think of something funny enough at the time. I probably mite of chose something a little more funny had I thought up one fast enough that isn't too long.
