I love this game, but I have never finishied it because there is a point that you can't advance, the game enter in a loop. I've started it again several times, but always happen the same. What can I do?

At what point in the game did you enter this "loop"? Can you explain what happens exactly - the scene, the function, the level? Have you tried filing a support ticket?
