I know you have to put up these forum threads before the games go live, so if possible, could you mention the projected release date? That way we can know whether or not it's too early to look for a game.

Has anyone else had problems with the game not recognizing the mouse clicks. Second chapter I can not pick up the business card holder. Main menu I can not exit the game.

No I played 60 minutes without problems till chapter 5, (57 opals)

Yep, I got stuck in Chapter 2 as well. I got the business card holder, but the game wouldn't recognize the mouse clicks on two of the photographs, so I had to quit.

Seems to have some bugs in it.

What is the code for the safe ? I think it should be HR15863 but it won't accept that for an answer. The sum of the marked bills and the initials.

Hi the code is" HR17068, I had problems when I tried to add them?

I'm almost near the end, great game, gets a bit harder as you go on. I'm stuck, at the keys?

Im currently at chapter 15. does any1 noe how 2 use the cipher key? im stuck.

Move it until you can see the words "The Sting" in it.

I moved the cipher code to "The Sting" but it doesn't do anything. How can I remove the disc to use it?

I just downloaded this game and in the first level and it doesnt matter what i click on i get a RED X. What am i supposed to do? Then i get a warning screen saying i am not connected to the internet,which is full of *********, i am connected to the internet and it boots me out. What a stupid game

It does sound like your security software may be blocking the game from playing properly. Check the Knowledge Base; there are several articles there that should help you but this one may answer your internet issue: Why am I receiving the error message "Not connected to the internet?". Most of the time when a game won't play properly, it's our own computers that are having compatibility issues; the articles will take you through making sure all the drivers, security software etc are set up to play the games without issue. If after you've checked the articles, the problem still persists, you should file a ticket with Support telling them all you've done to resolve the issue, including any articles you've followed. There is an article in the Knowledge base as to how to file a ticket and what information will help them in finding a solution. Good Luck!
