I assume by this you have these items in your inventory. The music stand and sheet music go in the furnace room just off industrial alley and the sun should have been used to open the sarcophogus by the lifts to get the black rose.

I have completed the game twice now once in 3 and a half hours and once in 2 and a half hours with an accuracy of 83% and I still can't access the bonus levels which are supposed to open once the game is completed. Anyone any ideas?

I just started playing my second full game. The first was James Patterson "Womens Murder Mystery". I am not great at some of the tougher puzzle's, but loving the Phatom Opera on stage, I wanted to try it. S.O.S.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THEIR IS AN 'ORDER' OR DO YOU JUST GO RANDOMLY THROUGH ROOM AFTER ROOM. I AM SO CONFUSED WITH ALL THE ROOMS....... PLEASE HELP..... I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAVE BEEN A WASTE. ***removed email address*** THANK YOU.

I have a sun a music sheet and I dont know where the key is how do you make the left go up it just keep falling down and what is the sarcophogus?

the key to the eleveator is in the (**jack in the bo in the prop storage room the handle to the jack in the box is in the room to the left of the elevator)**, to make the lifts go up you need 4 canopic jars and a statue of Horus (the Egyptian God), when you have them in the small lifts in the correct order the sarcophogus (egyptian cofin) will come down and you use the sun to open it.

** this is wrong sorry folks check my post further down for correct placing of key

The sheet music you use latter in the game.

The order for the canopic jars is Hapy, Imsety, Horus, Qebehsenuf and Duamutef

The key becomes available after you have given the opera ghost the second rose (I think)

No problem I'll help as much as I can.

The two mask you have are probably the comedy and tradgedy masks that you need for Christines door they go on the two horizontal bars and you need the flute from a Hidden Object scene in the graveyard to go in the middle slot. If you haven't got into Christines room yet then you haven't go the coin you need to bring the puppets of Christine and the Ghost down from the ceiling only THEN can you use the sword on them. Hope this helps

1) Rooftop (Hidden Object)
2) Christine's Room
3) Prop Storage Room (Hidden Object)
4) Buried in the snow in the Conservatory Grounds, X marks the spot

Yes, I have given the phantom the black rose and found the record. Now I need to find the fourth skull for the crypt, the left mask for Christine's room to open it and how to get into the box to view the opera for a start!

Thanks again! this is fun!

Sorry, getting frustrated! I cannot find the comedy mask even though I gave the mirror to the mannequin! Now what? Still looking for the 4th skull in Cristina's room but can't get in because I don't have the comedy mask! Sheesh! What good is the hint box if it doesn't give hints? Help!

you use the record and gramophone horn that you got from the hidden object scene in the Orchestra pit and when you put the mirror in the hand of the manequin the mask should appear on her face.

I assume you have got into Christines Room because you can't get the ballerina before you enter her room. I know it didn't show on my map as something to do I just was looking around and the talc box was sparkly so I though Oh whats this Don't just rely on your map it isn't infallable look around on your own sometimes you come up with stuff not shown on the map

you need the flute and both the comedy and the tragedy masks to get into Christine's room the flute goes in the middle and the masks go at either side. The money you need when you get into the opera boxes and you need all 4 skull masks to get into the Ghosts crypt in the graveyard where you use the candles and matches. Let me know how you get on and I'll be here to guide you if you (or anyone else) need me to

You get the flute from the Hidden Object scene in the Graveyard and you need to position it like the statue in the Conservatory I just messed with it for a while to get it right, because I couldn't see how it went I think the right side one was down one notch and I played with the left side one Hope this helps Caramelbee

There should be a sparkly area to the right thats the hidden object scene.

And once you get into Christines room and get the Ballerina for the music box you get the coin to bring down the two puppets in the Ballroom you use the sword on the Phantom puppet and get a mask.
