It sure would be nice if they posted somewhere if they were going to be down for maintenance - or when they realize they have a problem.

Is it easier to keep your ratings if you log off at night? I thought this was the case but awoke to rating 300 less than it was when I logged off the night before. If anyone has figured it out, please post. Thanks

I can't understand the rating system...seems I lose points the more I play.!!!!

I am playing for a month now.but not a single entry in my award book. and no extra points for pillion points etc.I am not worried about rating .moved a few houses up.but why not my book updated in the room?

my ratimg has recently gone down by about 400 but I did go up a rank at about the same time - are these related? Ratings were wierd for ages - but seemed much better recently

As it states in the Opening post, if you are having problems with the game, you must contact Support. These are user-based Forums for sharing game strategies, tips and hints. iWin Support staff do not monitor the Forums to see who might be having problems and will not post here to advise on any status changes for the game. You can check under the Support Center in Breaking News to see if any updates have been posted. Dee, volunteer moderator

Unless people have filed tickets, then just assuming the technicians are aware of your issues won't do the trick...Just to be clear, any tech posts will be deleted so please, people, file tickets ahout technical issues and stop posting them here. Dee, volunteer moderator

When checking awards on Wordscape, I always get booted out the room. This has been going on for over a month now. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank You!!

If you don't contact Support with technical issues, they have no way of knowing that there may be problems. These are user-based Forums for sharing game strategies, tips and hints, NOT a link to Customer Support. Filing a ticket under the Support portal is the way to get technical help. iWin Support staff do not monitor the Forums to see who might be having problems.
