Have you noticed your animated objects have moved overnight? Of course, everyone knows I bought 2 rabbits; they are on my first floor. One is on the floor and the other is in a chair. When I come back to my room the next day, the bunny on the chair is near the edge of the seat ready to fall off and the bunny on the floor has moved almost half a tile forward. I have to keep putting them back and resaving or rebuying the room. Anyone else experience animated objects moving after a room has been saved?

yes they do, from the beginning on. Not only the animals are sneaking of their place, also the beaded curtains seem to heavy because they drop a little everytime.
Once in a while i put them back
O yeah, and that old radio, it will not stay when its flipped to the left side of the room, than it seems to want to stay on a particular spot.
So i helped it by not flipping it, now it will stay where I put it

Yes, I've noticed this not only with animated objects but with others. There are a few things that I repeatedly have to put back in their place. They just gradually make slight movements, not across the room or anything. Maybe we should call the Ghostbusters?

I too have noticed that. I have pillars in a couple of rooms that are always just off their target. And, yes, the tiered curtains also. I haven't paid much attention to anything else but I will from now on. I always think I forgot to use the save button.

Yes yes. Especially the beaded curtains. I had an old fashioned radio on my second floor that I wanted on the windowsill. Didn't matter how often I put it there, when I came back it would be in mid air in the middle of the room. In the end I just gave up and put it in another room.

I have noticed this on my 4th floor "Messy Gameroom". I know it's a mess but my frame with my son in has moved I don't know how many times. I always have it right in the middle of two light wires. Everytime I get off that room, either going to a different room or play a game, when I come back, it moved. It's weird and annoying because I keep having to fix it all the time. Also on my 1st and 7th floor. The curtains keep coming down or moving to the side. which again have to move and save. I'm thinking there are ghosts on these floors. LOL. But in serious side, there are some objects that move in my rooms. Those r just a few.

It's good to know I have not lost my mind completely. And because of the randomness of objects moving on certain floors, rather than accept a rational explanation, I do like the idea of ghosts in the hotel. I had not noticed any object movement though, until I introduced animated graphics.

Ghosts are a necessity for every good hotel, imo. Maybe we should request a phantom from the artists?

Argh! This seems to be an even bigger problem the more animated objects there are in the room. On my 3rd floor 4th of July BBQ, I have 3 or 4 objects that I have to move every time I go back to the page.

Well I have to say that since almost every hotel in the world that has in excess of 12 floors does not have a "13th" floor because of peoples' superstitions, and Hotel iWin does, maybe the ghosts are haunting the hotel because, unlike other hotels, they have a floor on which to congregate and put their heads together as to what kind of mischief they want to cause everybody. Although I don't see any reason whatsoever for them wanting my candles.

I haven't had anything move throughout one floor, but I've actually had stuff move to a completely different floor, I have then had to put it in storage and then put it back on the correct floor.

well, does your furniture move from 1 floor to another? my brown leather sofa in my livingroom on 6, often end's up in my wooded backyard on 5! i haven't said anything, cause no one ever mentioned it to me. does this mean only i notice it move? i have a dog sitting on the couch and i go there, he's sitting in mid air, and sofa is gone. i go to wood's and there it is. if anyone else can see this, no i'm not throwing the couch out, it just moved! as for ghostbuster's, i'm on it. will give them a call! glad i'm not losing my mind! are these all sale item's that are doing this? i got the sofa when it was on sale. the firework's also had a problem, and the tv's and radio, all sale item's! pet's were a sale item once also, and i remember wolfdove's parrot was gone, then other parrot's took off also. maybe it's just sale item's? beaded curtain's move a little over time for me too!

About the fireworks, they only worked for the weekend and now have stopped altogether. I submitted a ticket and was told "no or not enough information" - "solved". I really liked watching them too.

Anne posted in her blog, the fireworks were taken offline because they were causing quite a few user's computers to freeze. She asked whoever used them in a room to put them in storage until the problem was corrected. Happy 4th of July!. It's the last post on the page. I guess Sparky can't watch the fireworks now.

Gee... I didn't realize so many people were having trouble... my problem is the potted pine tree. It's bad enough that I had to take the "orange tree" I'd made with it out of my bedroom & put the items into storage. I'd come into the room and there would be a mass of leaves & oranges hanging in the air the pot & trunk would be hiding behind the fireplace. Nothing I did could get it to stay so I took it out. I think it changes the room & not in a positive way so I'm really disappointed. The fact that the "forrest" keeps moving on one of my other floors is harder to work with. The other thing is the beaded curtains which I see several people have mentioned... they slowly lower themselves from where I place them. I haven't noticed anything else in my rooms, but I did see someone with an antique radio sitting on the edge of the bathtub in a friends room. I mentioned that it was dangerous to have it there & she said it goes there by itself!!! We joked about the hotel being haunted... I'm beginning to think it really might be if all this is happening to people. At least I know that I'm not going crazy... or if I am at least I'll have good company LOL

Incredibly my pets are staying in place on 8 - maybe the horse is anchoring them down? Couple weeks ago I noticed a little bit of 'creeping' but now they seem ok. I even have one of those old radios but it's never given me any trouble, maybe cuz I didn't flip it?
I just haven't been adding anything lately because strange things are happening, but I've got a bunch of opals burning a hole in my virtual pocket and I'm not gonna let these hotel poltergeists get the upper hand. Might do some more decor tonight!

I also took some out of storage and they're still wandering around. Other objects also, including bamboo floor mats and you know what a pain it was to fix them! So few people have contributed to this thread I'm wondering if there are only a few of us having problems or are others not bothering to post.

I went & checked my 9th floor, I have 4 there and when the room was loading I noticed 1 had made it all away across the room behind my 'flag',the other 3 remained in place. So I put 'him' back and the 1 on my 1st floor just 'creeps to the left a lil atta time and I keep moving him back to the corner.

i put a tree in a different room. on a plate on a kitchen table. left iwin, came back, and the tree moved almost 1/2 inch. i just tried to file a ticket and when i clicked finish my pc froze. i went back to support and cant find my ticket. i dont want to get in trouble for filing 2 tickets on the same subject in 1 day. i will check back tomorrow. i know alot of people still tell me there tree's are still moving. this cant be just a few of us. my tree's were in storage and other people put there's in storage to. we got sick of putting them back and then find out they moved again, so some people may not know the tree's are still moving.

I have 4 trees in storage to 'build' my Christmas tree. I should 'test' them if they are going to move (UFF DA) I will probably have to take my Christmas tree down! Maybe iWin will come out with an actual tree for the holidays(preferrably b4 1 week b4 the holiday)
PS & a Christmas tree that doesn't mysteriously 'move' on it's own LOL !

Trees do flip but there probably isn't a difference in the pine trees. Try the maple and potted palms and you will see a difference.

ty rj I was wanting to flip the tree to the 'I will stay put side of flip' LOL but can't figure out which side that is !
There isn't much difference but the 2 sides of the tree ARE different and I cannot 'see' it flip but flipped it anyway to see if it moves,I will check it later.
It is the tree in the corner of the room on 1st floor,it creeps to the left.
My 4 in ye olde country (9th fl I think) only 1 of the 4 actully creeps to the left!

I don't think there is one, my last try at using pine trees had them walking almost of the room before I caught them. I would really like to know if anyone from iWin is actually working on this problem.

How about the countertops? I spent a lot of money and about 4 hours of work doing my 10th floor "Cat Show" and it looks like a mess. I tried to fix it once (2 hours of work) only to have it happen again. The countertop and some of the cats keep moving on my 1st floor also. I sent in a support ticket long ago and didn't understand their answer. I would like to know if/when this will be fixed so I can fix my rooms and not have to do it again.

The fir tree "migratory season" is officially over. I have been assured the fir trees have now taken root - to roam no more.

Well I'm sorry to say that's simply not accurate.

ditto here just checked on them and they have moved since I checked on them last from reading Dexs' post above here.
Left went back and they're still scootin' to the left. Oh well I sure hope we get a 'Holiday Tree' that doesn't try to wander. LOL

The only proble m I've been having is I think I have the trees from the wicked witches evil forrest. They keep trying to walk away to the left. I'll have to get the tin woodsman to have a chat with them. Threaten them with the ole axe.

All of my fir trees magically disappeared 2 weeks ago. I filed a ticket, got reimbursed with Opals, and was told the newly purchased ones won't move anymore. This past Sunday, I put all my trees back and they have not budged a micron (knock on wood). I do not have any animated objects on that floor so that could be it. I find animated objects cause a lot of mischief with what should be stationary objects. So I'm going to leave a link here to my "forest" and maybe because it knows it's being watched my second floor will stay put. http://www.iwin.com/hotel/?room=DexGypMom/2

I'm glad you were reimbursed for your trees. I was promised reimbursement but never received it. Those of us who have numerous pine trees still have a problem and it sounds like we won't be getting any help. Our only option is to sell our trees for 1/2 price and buy new ones.

Well, the only "Christmas " trees iWin offers (yet) is the Pine tree in a pot...look under Decor, or Outdoor (not sure if they have
been moved).
Some folks make their own out of greenery. For a GREAT example, please visit lillybooboo 2nd Floor!
