I liked Mortimer - Spooky manor but it was a very short game. The time paradox is bigger, harder, and longer, which makes it a better purchase.

Love this game. I am stuck on the Carribean pirates level. I have found the spyglass and the hammer in the puzzle pieces but can't seem to use them to move forward. Any help would be appreciated

Yep, this is a good game. Played it and played it and played it again. Good mixture of hidden object and puzzle.

Go to the first scene on this level. The one with the parrot that you give the cracker to. Click the water to go underwater, where the Leviathan is. Use the hammer on the chain, put the black pearl in the clam, collect whatever is there, and talk to the Leviathan that emerges after you use the hammer on the chain at the top. It will want the spyglass. Give it to him. Then go to the pirate ship again and click on the captain. He'll give you what you need next.

Here I am stuck with Louis the XVI and his "beauty". I know I need to arrange the chess pieces in proper order, but, I can't seem to do it. Are the "fields of black and white" significant? I think I need crown, masque, coins for the bastille. Can anyone help me again? Thanks.

Hello, Help this old lady, please.
I would love to have any help with the French Revolution. Chess pieces in what order? I've tried everything I can think of doing. I'm beginning to think I'm not up to this game, but I love it.

My grandson and I finished the game and it was wonderful. I started it again. It was such a pleasure to do this game together and the time just flew and we couldn't stop untill he had to go home. We were stuck in Egypt for a good while but I told him I would pursue. The mixture of logic and hidden object was excellent & I recommend it to any mother or grandparent to get this game for their kids. It's not just fluff and mindless arcade. I'm only sorry I can't get the first one even thought I know it's shorter and much easier. Can't wait for the new one in the fall, just hope it's not harder than this one cause it was challenging. Kudos to the creators, the graphics were excellent.

Use the CD to reflect the message on the lamp post, that will give you the order of the figurines. It's the scene with the lady in green.
