Hi All!

This is my 1st Jewel Qwest game and what I have been able to play of it I just LOVE... that said I can only complete the 1st or 2nd level without it freezing up, telling me it's sorry but due to an error must close. I've upgraded to the new IWIN (before I purchased game) and since have deleted everything Game Mgr, toolbar my game and re installed all several times. I ran a full scan last night and had 5 trojan Artemis virus's from Mystery of Unicorn Castle that I can't remember ever downloading, just reading about it! That's a funny one. Anyway it's deleted and I'm going to download it again. It's only the 2nd game I've bought, the 1st was a free game ( treasure masters, really like it) and I want sooo badly to play this 1. Maybe that I've said all this it will work like a charm!!!

YAA HOO, after all the whining went back in after reloading everything and played til I just had to quit or wake up face down on my computer. I've done that a few times and it's really hard on the neck. Love this game, same games, but I happen to enjoy them. New member to icoins and it sure makes a different. Goofy gal that I am the 1st game I bought was a free one!

I started playing the free trial but it freezes and then says it has to close. The game looks like fun and I like the double play deal with the other game. I guess I won't buy it if I can't play it. About all I know about computers is the "on" button so trying to figure out video cards and such is way beyond me. Any ideas or anyone know if this problem with the game will be fixed? Seems others have had the same experience.

Unfortunately, Zuzu our computers are 9 times out of 10 the culprits when games do not want to function properly. I do understand what it is like being new to computers but believe me, you can do this. iWin's Knowledge Base has a step by step article on how to troubleshoot your computer. Click on the blue title and it will take you to the page.

Troubleshooting Your Computer

If your computer is still under warranty with a support contract, the help desk might be able to remotely "tune-up" your computer. Good luck.

This is 2 zuzu32, I had my troubles with this game too, but it's too much fun 2 give up on! Try just deleting the game from your game list, this is really easy. You just click on the red X and do what it tells you. Another thing if you have games you don't play anymore delete them from your computer. My laptop was designed for business use, I never thought I would turn into a gamer & the more I play & learn, the more crazy I get about it. New computer is now on the list!. But try the easy solution first and delete anything from your computer U don't need unless you have a brand new computer. Hope this helps and hang in there Tech support is awesome and will help if you don't understand. Service is amazing at IWIN, & that's the secret to success! Good luck...Aprile

i've had mystery of unicorn castle, downloaded from iwin when it came out on free game's, played many time's, putting all those little wheel's together drive's me nut's but the rest is great! i never get virus or trojan's from iwin game's, may have something to do with antivirus software, i got system mechanic and antivirus software from iolo, never a problem. had windows live one care and it quit on me, clicked for support they said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 rr's by email, like i was going to have my pc unprotected that long, got ca from cable co, it block's everything, just got rid of that, i heard from microsoft they had known fixes for live one care, i said too late, wasn't waiting that long for help, got new software, they sent the fixes anyway, the ca i installed after live one quit, stopped a trojan, but don't know where it came from. still have the game and still no problem's!

Once you play your way through the whole game, it freezes and won't take you through to restart another or more difficult version like the other Jewel Quest games do. I've uninstalled, reinstalled--and own the game. However, tech support told me that they don't know anything about the games, they just sell them.
Has anyone figured out to go further in the game?

This Jewel Quest game is not structured like the Jewel Quest Solitaire series and does not have ascending levels. Once you have completed the game, it is done.

I bought it at full price. And it still dont work. think its time IWIN does something about it. Or maybe theres a good lawyer out there who would like a chance at this. Its taking money illegally. Oh wait, I am a lawyer. Lets do some more checking. Starting right now.

Now on the other hand. Upon checking any web site.on this internet You can order it from anywhere. Order it from Yahoo. Only it still has to do with IWIN. They own it like all the others. Which makes them responsible for it.

I bought jewel Quest Mysteries Curse of the Emerald Tear in July 2009 and played it up until the 6th August 2009, when all of a sudden it refuses to come on any more. It works as far as pushing Play- then all I get is a blank screen to watch . I went to your computer link and followed all the steps for reinstalling the game but after doing this on two occasions, still no luck!!! Please sort this out for me as I love this game.
