Really challenging and fun. =) My favorite part would be the mummy. She's hilarious.

I am playing Annabel, it's a little slow. I can see whats next but have to wait for game to load next step or clue. The mummy is the most fun of the whole game!
The animation is weird, by the same company as Supercow. I bought it and will finish it...but it's really slow...maybe it's for kids?

Really slow - you mean the animation? I didn't have any trouble with the animation speed.

Hidden object game frustrate me because I can't see the objects lots of times. I dunno if it's my eyes, my brain, or my laptop's monitor that's to blame. Which is why I like games with unlimited number of hints, where you just wait for the counter to refill to use a hint again.

Can anyone help me with the electrial device on the ship the one you have to connect without causing a short can't even get by first level and there is 3.

You have to start by connecting the little short pieces on the jewels to some wire and for some of the jewels, they only connect in one way.

Once you get that done, some of THOSE newly connected things can only fit the next wiring in one way but some of the wiring appears to be very multi-faceted in that you can turn the t-bar ones one way and it will fit something and turn it another way and it will fit something. That part is kind of trial and error until you get it right.

Anyway, I cheated. I printed out someone's "cheat sheet" on how they did it so here are those image files (I uploaded to image shack):

Can anyone help me with the gems? I cannot get the rows to match,wish I could skip this one!

Which gems? The ones at the end of the game?

I agree and I was VERY disappointed in the very end when we were back to present day time. When modern Annabel and the guy leave, there should have been a glimpse of the mummy lady, dressed in today's clothes but WE'D know her and she'd be smiling at the happy couple as they walked away and maybe turn and wink at US, the players. There was no proper exit or goodbye with this character.

I cant pick up the arrow or bow. Can anyone help?

Well, you know the modern guy is the reincarnation of the Prince, right? If you didn't spot that, go back and play it again.

Please explain in detail what you mean by not loading. When you click on Download, does the Game Manager pop up or not? What makes you think the game is not loading? Without specifics, I cannot provide any guidance. Please provide what you are seeing or not seeing, any error messages or what's going when you click Download.

Are there any cheats or anything for the IDIOTIC gems puzzle at the end of the game???? Makes no sense to make the whole game pretty easy except for the final puzzle!!

iWin does not have a walkthrough for this game. If you do a search on the internet, I'm sure you'll find a strategy guide for this game.

The game is winnable - you may have to try the gems game several times before you get it though.

yes it downloads but when i go to play it Its just a black screen but its working because i win opals i just cant see anything

i've got the exact same problem, It downloads and installs fine, but when I go to play it all i get is a black screen and when I exit it (Via task manager, becasue I cant do anything with it) i still get awarded opals. Can I fix this??

A black or blank screen means something is not set corrrectly in your video options or your card may not have enough memory. Here's an article with instructions on how to troubleshoot your problems: Blank Screen.

If after applying the necessary changes to your system plus rebooting and the game problem still persists, you may file a ticket with the Customer Support Center, third tab. In the body of the ticket, state all the changes you applied to your system, the article numbers you used, and your computer's vital stats (RAM, disk space, CPU speed, video memory, make & model, etc.,Windows version) including application (Java Runtime Environment, DirectX, Adobe Flash Player, Microsoft .NET framework, browser) and driver versions(video card, sound card).

I have downloaded Annabel but when I go to open it, The screne is black and the cursor shows that it is down loading . Ive even walked away for a couple of hours and I come back to it still a black screne. Any suggestions?

my game has loaded , but when I click to play the game from my desktop or in the my games. A black screen comes up and then nothing

I did all the things and did all my undates. I uninstalled annabel and reinstalled it. After reinstalling it. It asked if I want to play now. I pressed yes. The screen went idol and the cursor turned in the time pease. I then waited for a long time and it did not do anything. All my other games are running fine. I have never had this problem before. Now What?

Everything you need to know is covered in this iWin Knowledge Base article: Troubleshooting Your Computer - Basic Assistance Guide. Filing the actual ticket is done at the Customer Support Center, third tab from the left. The ticket is self-explanatory. Your computer manufacturer has most likely loaded a analysis tool on your desktop or on the start menu. If not, go to START > CONTROL PANEL and double click on MY SYSTEM.

Hi guys my game keeps crashing when I have fixed the pitcher and I try to turn around to fill it with water, can anybody help?

Hello, after I download and its says ready to play it freezes up what can I do? Help please

I hope someone can help me. I have tried to play Annabel several times. I download the game, (which seems to download fine) Then after waiting the 29 min for it to download, it asks "Do you want to play Annabel now?" When I say yes, it moves to a BLACK screen and my curser turs to an hour glass and thats where I stay. It doesnt go any farther. What is the problem?

It sounds like your security settings are blocking you access.

Try this:

If you are unable to see the content of the first page when launching your downloadable product this is typically caused by personal firewall software or by "Internet Zone" security settings that are set too high.

1. You're going to need to un-install/remove the game from your computer. You can do this by bringing up the "Start" menu at the bottom left hand portion of your screen. Click on "Control Panel" and then click on "Add or Remove Programs." Remove your game.

2. Open the "Internet Options" applet located in your "Control Panel" and:

a) Adjust your "Auto-detection" settings: Click on the "Connections" tab, then click LAN settings and clear any checkmark next to "Automatically detect settings".

b) On the "General" tab: click "Settings" for "Temporary Internet Files" and change "Check for newer versions of stored pages" to "Every visit to the page" and click "OK."

c) Next, select "Delete Files" for Temporary Internet Files and check "Delete all offline content" and click OK.

d) On the "Security" tab, change your "Internet Zone" settings to "Medium."

e) On the "Privacy" tab, change your settings to "Medium."

f) After making these changes, click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.

3. Restart the computer.

4. Update your Microsoft operating system by clicking HERE and following the on-screen instructions. Be sure to restart the system after installing updates. You may need to run Windows Update repeatedly to get all applicable updates for your system.

5. Now you'll need to download the game again onto your computer. You should be set!

Hi,

Can't start with the game. The screen stays black. When I interrupt the program I get the "DIS.dll does not respond"

I have one glich in my system. what it is doing is on the puzzle to get one piece for the fire amulet i can get to eight colored gems and reproduce the pattern but it will not check the pattern. I have tried buying the game, that didn't work. I have tried exiting the game and coming back, that didn't work either. Don't know what to next without uninstalling and reinstalling. HELP! Please

can someone help me i downloaded annabel and i made some levels but at one of them it blocks

I looked at these but my 3rd circuit board, the one driving me crazy, is not the same.

I am having trouble getting the game to play it downloads fine but when I put play now it goes to an all black screen with and hour glass showing its loading but that is a far as it goes. It just seems to freeze there and I have tried removing it and redownloading it but it does the same thing all other games download and work fine it just this game. Help would like to play this game.
