Modified rapture. This is another of those games where most of your time is spent looking for keys and odd shapes etc to unlock things. It gets a bit boring. Graphics and HOG and puzzles are good, but the English voices didn't ring true so I turned off the sound There was far too much talking, mostly quite unnecessary. As for gameplay, the idea of having two narrators meant that one of them spent half his time visibly hanging around, waiting for the other to do all the real work - neither logical nor realistic. Also not realistic was the notion that this game is set in an English city - the mailbox at the front gate was a dead giveaway, only the first of many. However, these are personal niggles, and they didn't stop me finishing the game. But I won't be trying the earlier game from the same people. See more See less
I hardly ever rate games, but had to weigh in on this one. It is one of the best I've played! The graphics were second to none, the story was great, and the gameplay very smooth! There is a great deal of talking to characters, but that wasn't a negative to me. The dialog is fun and not the least bit juvenile. Each character has something to add to the story, and I loved their voices and accents! HOG fans, this game is a must!! See more See less
Although there was a lot of dialogue, the puzzels were fun, the storyline unique and the graphics were great. I didn't have any problems at all with the gameplay, which is always nice. See more See less
