As a fan of HOGs, this is not the best/not the worst. What makes it kind of interesting are the three mini-games that you play each round - very inventive and in line with the storyline. Also, be forewarned that some of the hidden items are very small and/or blend in with the background, which makes it more challenging, and also more frustrating! And unlike recent HOG releases, the descriptions of items to find are correct for English/American-speaking players.

I enjoyed this game very much, I love medical games anyway but I feel it was way too short! I think it should of had like 20 cases instead of 3. I am sorry I bought it because of the length.

I am a big fan of hidden object games, and this one does not disappoint. It provides different ways to search for items and keeps the hunting fresh. Some other hidden object games get dull quick. I only wish there were more than just 3 levels to play.

I agree, they should have had more cases. I would not have bought it either if I knew it would be so short. It was a lot of fun though and I liked the story that went along with it.

I was enjoying the game until I was unable to use the things in the medical bag. I also had some difficulty on trying to solve the mini games. I only got as far as case number two.

There's a reason why this one is in the free bin... My guess is it is because it comes with lots of annoying ads that every so often kick you off the game with an error message. Had to redo many of the boards several times to advance to the next level because once you got booted, you had to go through the intro again (no skipping there) only to find out you were dumped back to the last plateau of game save-age. My diagnosis is game aggitation couple with acute frustration. Dare we hope there's a cure?
