This one has nice graphics and smooth play. The storyline is okay, but I suggest you learn about the Knights of the Templar from a more reliable source. It has a good variety of easy puzzles mixed in and rather than being annoying, the language errors unintentionally added a bit of humor. Scissorses and bootses gave me a chuckle. Super easy, this would be a really great game for a HOG beginner.

Hi!
I love HOGs and this one surprised me! Nice graphics, no tiny objects, rich colors. Storyline has historical background and I found it educational for me. Also I like mysteries about Medieval Age and Holy Grail particularly. Sound is not bad, but nothing special. There is no annoying music and it is good for me. Many locations are scrollable - it is fine and fresh. Mini-games are sometimes brilliant ("find differences"), sometimes simply good (lab. "lights").
Definitely I buy!
Emma.

Jane Angel is great!
I can't understand those who didn't even download it, but rate it bad!
Nice graphics, all objects are clear plus very kind hints.
I also like story - it isn't just another "home" mystery, but really worldwide adventure. Game is long enough and never boring/monotonous. Scrolling screen doesn't disturb me although I like single screen more.

Cleverly hidden objects but easy to see when you find them. I'm sorry to see the history on the Templars is twisted to fit the game's story. But we all can't be historians I guess. The graphics are very good. The one thing I hate about the game is how the game transitions from one scene to anouther. It looks like two glass panes crossing each other. I find that it makes my eyes feel funny. But since it doesn't have anything to do with game play, I can just look away.

Great game! I love classic HOGs with strong storyline. Mini-games aren't boring. Classic locations are scrollable - more place to explore! One negative thing is wrong plural for some objects. It isn't so huge problem for me (sometimes even funny).
Great work!

Excellent from the download. Right from the beginning I loved the way the Iwin clicked into action. Love the way you can move from side to side to find the objects. Different spin to the HOG's and the sounds are awesome and very re-freshing. Graphics are exquisit and for the first time every I purchased the game before I wrote my review. Wonderful game, made me late for church but then again it is about the Holy Grail.

I've played I few of these HOG's which are based around historical facts. A Sort of play and learn a bit at the same time. This was a quite good game, but the story is twisted a bit too much for my liking.

Jane Angel, Templar Mystery is a fresh approach to hidden object games. Enjoyed the scrolling screens, picture assembly and then working off of them, graphics were crisp, hidden objects well placed and in perspective with appropriate shading, and the linking of objects to perform an action. The story was contrived to match the game but after all, it is a game. My one and only critism is the poor English translations. It is obvious this game was produced in a non-English speaking country because some of the descriptions were not even close to the intended object. I really believe a proofreader who speaks and reads the game's target audience's language should be employeed before the game is released, otherwise, well executed game. I enjoyed it very much.
