National Geographic Presents Herod's Lost Tomb User Reviews
The caliber of any hidden object is whether you can get through the levels, enjoy the game play and solve the final round. The second factor is whether the game is so intriguing and game play is so enjoyable that you find you are not happy with a 60 minute trial and want to purchase the game and after all that is what it is all about The hint recharge is the best way for hints to be used, the sound effects were wonderful, and the overall enjoyment of the game was a 10 I was so impressed, I immediately bought the game with my iCoins. And found it worth every coin

Some of the items were small - need to strain the eye to locate. would rate this higher if I the items were bigger. You did need to look closely, items blended into the background. good game.

Boy did I love this game. I watched the show too and between the two of them I really liked how they worked together. The graphics are awesome and the music is exceptional. What is really cool is that the game has video from the National Geographic show. That was a very welcome addition. The game is really worth the download.

Yes, I get carried away with some of these games! This one was wonderful, even if I do have to have strong light on some of the scenes. Some of the small stuff in the darker scenes is very hard to see.
But, all that aside. I have always been interested in King Herod, knowing that he was way ahead of his time with some of his engineering prowess. It is obvious now that the man was also suffering from mental illness. So many rulers seemed to have had this problem in the old days. Inbreeding? Diet? Some of it sounds like iron poisoning. Anyway, I loved the game, I own it, and I look forward to many, many more Nat. Geo. games!

This was an interesting game. The graphics were top notch and I liked the
fact that it had a movie or video explaining about King Herod throughout the
game. Only problem there was that sometimes when you were watching, IWin interrupted
with their ads and when it went back it did not go back to the movie. That is
disappointing to me and no way to watch it again unless you start as a new player.
The mini games were interesting and fun, and not overly difficult. However there is one level of difficulty and that is finding the objects themselves. Many times it was difficult to find due to the fact they were very small or just hidden too well. But the good news is you get unlimited hints so you can always use them if you are stuck.

One of my favorite games here at iWin. I've played this game for over a year and enjoyed how my progress has gone. I've cut my time down from 6 hours to 90 minutes. For me it took just the right time, but most of the early levels flashed by way too quickly. The scenes vary in difficulty, with an increasing amount of objects in each level. I like how they don't give you the same objects for each scene. Thankfully, it pauses the game whenever an Ad comes up so you don't lose time over it. I like how you have the option to play timed or untimed, but not how you can't change the settings once you've established your player. The artifacts informed you about life in the Roman empire. This game made me interested in Josephus, the Jewish historian. I've always been fascinated in history, so Herod's Lost Tomb was perfect. It combined an engaging matching game with an interesting historical mystery.
