This really is a fantastic game. I played the demo awhile back and passed on it because it was hard to get the hang of at first. Then it appeared on iwin's Steals and Deals and I decided to give it a second chance...I'm glad I did. The storyline is intriguing, and the quests are moderately challenging...difficult enough to keep your interest, yet not so hard as to be frustrating. I've been engrossed in this game for several nights...just finished tonight, and I'm looking forward to playing the sequels. Thanks, iwin!

I played Westward 1 a little while back, but it wasn't as good as the second, third, and fourth version, but still enough to be satisfied with. The beginning Westward game might be a little unorganized for me. Everything was like "mumbo jumbo" when I started playing the game. Sometimes I got so confused I had to spend about 5 minutes just looking at the help again. After 20 minutes into game play, I finally understood what to do. I enjoyed this game enough to last me an hour. So it passed two stars. The other star given would be because it makes you want to buy the game and finish your town, even though there is no finishing point.
