Contact Developer Relations
Here at iWin.com, we feel very strongly about the importance of releasing games
in parity (at the same time) on all distribution sites. We believe that a
simultaneous launch is best for the game, for distributors, and for the
industry as a whole. iWin offers all of our games to distributors on parity and
we expect the same level of respect in return from our partners. As such,
beginning August 1, 2008, we will no longer be accepting games for distribution
on iWin.com that are offered exclusively on another website other than the
publishers own site. We encourage you to click here to read more about
iWin's rational for this decision.
Please, do not send technical support or customer service inquiries to this

pertaining to the Developer Zone.
If you are having trouble with any games on or downloaded from the site and require technical assistance, please visit our Knowledge Base. Using these options will guarantee the quickest possible response.

Jewel Quest |
Not all publishers know what it takes to make a great game. We took the match-three game mechanic to new heights with this innovative mega-hit that was successfully launched on PC, Xbox Live Arcade, mobile, Macintosh, web/flash and has been localized into nine languages. |
|
Mah Jong Quest |
We're not too shabby at this game design stuff. Our designers took a known game paradigm and introduced a number of unique game-play elements, a storyline and cinematic features to create a genre-busting hit. |
|
Family Feud |
Working with big-brand licenses is not always easy. We made the first downloadable multi-player casual game, focusing on community features that actually enhance gameplay and building a true partnership with Freemantle to make Family Feud a huge success. |
|
Shopmania |
We don't get in the way of great talent. We empower the creativity of developers, in this case fully-funding Shopmania from a paper treatment and guiding the process through completion. Our relationship with GameLab demonstrates how we like to work with game studios -- as a team. |
|
IncaQuest |
We immediately recognized the potential of Rock Solid, a small, New Zealand developer who created the highly regarded IncaQuest. We gave RockSolid almost complete autonomy and then took the reins on the Flash and mobile versions of the game. |
|
Hexalot |
Even in late-stage development iWin can make a big difference. When Swedish developer GameOn came to us with Hexalot, the game was almost complete. We worked together to fine-tune gameplay, balance level design and polish it so that it could reach its true potential. |
|
BeetleBomp |
Sometimes all a game needs is a little extra something to push it over the top. Twilight Games asked iWin to step in and add polish to what was already a really cool game. We added a storyline for emotional pull and helped tweak gameplay to help take BeetleBomp to the next level. |
