Sebastian Perkins, co-owner of a successful and fashionable hat shop, was taken to the intensive care unit from the Seagull restaurant. Mr. Perkins is now in critical condition after being paralysed due to extreme intoxication. No prognosis has been issued by the doctors. The investigation will reveal whether this is due to unsanitary conditions in the restaurant or whether the businessman crossed someone and was poisoned.
