Before joining iWin, Peter was with the San Francisco Chronicle (a Hearst company) where he served as Vice President of Digital Media and General Manager of sfgate.com, one of the leading newspaper websites in the U.S. In his role, he oversaw all online activity including website development, content strategy, revenue initiatives and advertising sales. Throughout his career, Peter's attention has been focused on creating sustainable, profitable businesses and great consumer experiences in the realm of online and social media. Previously, Peter was with America Online, Inc., where he served as Vice president of Product Marketing, leading the strategy and development for personalization services across AOL products. Prior to that, he held several positions as vice president for Excite@Home, including general management, product management, and strategic alliances. Peter graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Sciences.

CJ Wolf is a specialized serial entrepreneur in the online games space. As CEO of iWin, Inc. which was founded in 2001 as Next Game, Inc., CJ scaled the small, garage startup from four employees into one of the leading casual game publishers and game portals. Before iWin, CJ founded Bigprizes.com, rated one of the top 10 "stickiest" Internet destinations. Vendare Media, now Connexus, bought Bigprizes in March 2001. Also in March 2001, CJ acquired VirtualStockExchange.com and managed the company for two years before selling it to CBS MarketWatch in September 2003. CJ Wolf is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University.

Curtis Ng brings to iWin more than 20 years of strategic and executive financial management experience, working with pre-public software and entertainment companies. Most recently Curtis served as Vice President of Finance & Administration for Remend. Prior to Remend, Curtis served as the Director, Finance and Administration for Model N. In both positions, Curtis was responsible for the accounting, finance, budgeting, treasury, risk management and facilities activities for the company. Previously, Curtis played a key role in the Accounting and Finance group at Bidcom/Citadon. Prior to Bidcom, he held various management level financial positions with Frontier GlobalCenter, an early pioneer in web hosting and managed services. Curtis holds a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

Laralyn is responsible for the creative direction and game design for iWin’s games with a focus on original brands and IP. In her role, Laralyn brings decades of experience in game design. Notably, prior to joining iWin, Laralyn was Creative Director for the ground-breaking MMO Free Realms at Sony Online Entertainment. The game’s casual and social aspects have much relevance to where we are heading in providing social and mobile game experiences. Free Realms acquired a million players in its first 18 days and more than 17 million players to date, and was nominated for Best New Social/Online of 2010 (Game Developer’s Choice Awards). She was also lead designer for the most nominated game of E3 2003: Full Spectrum Warrior. It went on to become 1Up's Player's Choice for Best Simulation/Strategy of 2004, and received nominations for 2004 game of the year for Most Innovative Design (IGN), Most Innovative Game (Gamespot), and the AIAS Action/Adventure Game of the Year. Laralyn holds a B.A. in Psychology from Vassar College, and a J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law.
Scott has deep experience on the Web, and brings over 18 years of experience working online, dating all the way back to the good old days of CompuServe and Prodigy. Most recently, he was with Free Range Games, a stealth start-up in Marin that is creating console-quality action games on Facebook using Unity 3D. Before that, he was the CEO and co-founder of Dizzywood, an online game and virtual world for kids ages 8-12 focused on active learning and collaborative play. Prior to founding Dizzywood, he spent a decade at Download.com, which he founded at CNET in 1996. During his time at Download.com, he grew the business to over 50 million monthly users and $40 million in annual revenues. Scott graduated in from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication. He is the author of How to Use HTML 3, which won the Computer Press Award for Best How-to Book in 1997.
Dave Pickering is the Vice President of Engineering at iWin, overseeing Development, QA and Operations. Most recently, David led the creation of web and social media products for Tapjoy Inc., the monetization leader for social and mobile gaming, virtual worlds and digital goods. His products included incentivised advertising, alt-pay, direct payment platforms and social distribution systems that served 225 million customers, displaying peak volumes of 150 million daily page-views across Facebook, MySpace, Yahoo, Hi5 and other platforms.
Previously, as VP of Engineering for Glassbox Corporation, David created the open source Glassbox suite of troubleshooting and performance products. David began his career as a developer in enterprise software, starting in 1993 as part of Scopus Technology and concluding by founding Oracle's Call Center Technology Suite, which included business intelligence, teleservice, scripted self service, VOIP and collaboration products. David graduated from UC Berkeley with an EECS degree.

Jim Stern has been in the game industry for over 15 years, developing traditional and digital games and puzzles. As Vice President of Production, Jim has overseen the entire catalog of downloadable games that iWin has brought to market, along with the expansion to mobile, Xbox, Nintendo DS, Mac, flash, retail and localized translations. Prior to iWin, Jim co-founded and served as President of AreYouGame.com, a leading e-tailer of traditional board games and jigsaw puzzles, moving into the role of General Manager of Games and Puzzles for its parent company, University Games. Jim has also created and marketed online games as Senior Producer of ImagiNation Network (AOL), and managed development tools as Product Manager for 3DO. Jim received a BS in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
