Senior Product Manager: Ecommerce

Job Description

iWin is looking for a Senior Product Manager to add to our product team to drive the definition and improvement of our core website, ecommerce functionality and subscription services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced product management professional with a track record of defining, launching and constantly improving world class consumer websites, ecommerce applications and subscription-based services.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions Include:

• Define specifications for new products and systems related to iWin's website and Ecommerce platform, including but not limited to the shopping cart and payment systems, the catalog system and the merchandising engines.
• Work closely with engineering to implement features.
• Drive overall project schedule and release roadmap.
• Day to day involvement in product performance and analytics - Analyze conversion rates, develop A/B testing scenarios for optimizing the experience and manage priorities.
• Strategize and execute plans to communicate new initiatives and programs.
• Maintain a team-oriented working environment that promotes open discussion on important issues, a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business, and a continued focus on product and data quality. Enhance communication at all levels.
• Define management metrics and reports related to our site, Ecommerce platform and subscription programs.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

• At least 5 years of extensive product management and leadership experience with top-tier consumer internet and/or ecommerce companies.
• Past experience with ecommerce systems and/or subscription programs.
• Knowledge of commerce site best practices and SEO techniques.
• Strong analytic skills including hands-on experience with website analytics systems and testing methodologies.
• Outstanding organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
• Experience in development environments that employ agile software methodologies.
• Strong customer orientation towards consumers

Credentials Required:

• Prospective candidates will have an undergraduate degree from a respected university. A MBA, other graduate degree, or professional corporate leadership development / training programs are highly desirable.

Hours and Compensation:

• Full Time.
• Compensation commensurate with experience
