downloaded the demo and got a error report can't play the game.

The file ending in IFN, is either the short cut to launch the game or the game executable file. If this file is damaged, the game won't play so the only thing to do is file a ticket with Customer Support Center. The more people who file a ticket on this game error, the sooner it will be repaired.
