Good game, excellent graphics. Smooth from start to finish alot of back and forth which usually makes these types of adventure games quite interesting. Hint button only gives assistance when you have an item in the inventory which is useful at the current scene you are in. Got to use common sense and apply patience. See more See less

This is perhaps the best game I've played so far. Graphics are first class, sound I don't use so can't rate. HO are good, not too many and not too hard. Mini-games make you think, and you might want to skip some. The map is good, saves you a lot of effort when moving around. Gameplay is not always obvious, and I did have to consult the walkthrough several times - just as well, because I had the non-working shears problem. Overall, I liked this a lot. See more See less
Not much a fan of h.o. anymore having played too many. I did decide to look at this one tho. This is a good game. I was impressed they had a brightness option as most dark games do not. Plus the hint system was very good, the graphics first rate which my eyes thank them for. The down side was sometimes the skip button for the mini games took too long and I found a lot of the mini games tough so I normally would skip. You have to often find pieces to an object that is visible on the level, and at time during certain entry points to other rooms work from a list as well. But after awhile having to go back and forth to different locations began to bore me. You are given a map though so it is easier to get to those locations rather than having to backtrack etc. The other thing that impressed me was they had audio yet the file size was only a little over 100 MBs. That's fairly small for a ho game. Lately many of the new ones are huge, sometimes over 500 mbs. This is worth checking out. See more See less
It didn't let me finish! I played it completely through twice (the second time with a walkthrough!) and it did't have the "rabbit necklace" at the end in the fireplace where it was supposed to be! I clicked and clicked and wide screened and did everything and no rabbit pendant to find the pieces to so I could find the grim and finish the game! Other than that, it was quite entertaining. So sorry but thankful the walkthrough gave me what the ending was SUPPOSED to be anyway!! See more See less
