Game Description

Nancy Evans is an expert on superstition and the paranormal in modern society. She's been invited by her aunt, Mary Allen, to spend a few days in a quiet cottage by the sea. What she doesn't know is that, next to the cottage, there's a large, run-down house from which emanates a macabre atmosphere. You play as Nancy Evans and it's up to you to investigate the strange phenomena coming from this gloomy house. According to Mary, it's haunted by ghosts. Indeed, her interest in mysticism has her thinking that the creaking that can be heard, the shadows wandering the halls, and the strange smell that sometimes prevails there are all supernatural in origin. Nancy explores the house and is amazed to discover that the spirits are trying to communicate with her, leaving messages for help in the world of the living. What exactly happened in this house to cause these spirits to be so unquiet?

Features:
-Keep your cool and explore a real haunted house in the search for clues on the appearance of ghosts.
-Discover the history of the house and the macabre secrets it hides.

A good game overall. This is a re-release, but worth the effort. The ghost of a little girl guides you through this game. The main plot involves searching for the spirits of her family members to help release them. Spooky storyline, which I like. If you don't like scary themes, don't play this one. Graphics are sometimes a little murky, but I've encountered worse. Try it, you'll probably like it. See more See less

HO's very dark unable to recognize what I was looking for. Whoever labeled items did'nt know the difference between coffie pot and coffie grinder. These are some of the hardest HO's I've played but enjoyed.Too many objects were soo blended could'nt distingguish what they were.It would have been nice to know names of the objects in the inventory. Used hints quit often the clicked in middle of circle. It was a great game of challange. Good story line. Lots of traveling but to me thats enjoyable also.Great ending for a change.Had no problems picking objects up "click and hold" to move where the object belonged. Hope to see more of these games. Loved the sychic and paranormal stuff. Enjoy See more See less

This seems to be a well done HOG with clear graphics and the sound effects match the scene. I believe it will be a good game. My only critism is that it has a very dark theme for Christmas Day. Perhaps a later release might have been more appropriate. See more See less
