This was a H.O. game which at least kept my attention. Completed the game, though there was a lot of back and forth to different locations and a map would have been a great help. The hints system was very good, and that helped because I thought most of the mini puzzles were ridiculously difficult and I had to skip them for the most part. Objects themselves in the straight ahead scenes were not too difficult to find, and the hints always helped if you were stuck. All in all not a bad game but it could have been better. Well if your into ghouls, ghosts and things that go bump in the night like I do, well this game is for you. It has three difficulty levels (I played casual), the hints charged rapidly, you can skip mini-games with no penalty, and the HO scenes clearly marked. I did not play "professional" mode but I read there are no hints, you cannot skip mini-games, and you must find the HO scenes on your own. It also has a "hard" level which is a marriage of both. The graphics are dark and dreary, and the storyline is sinister and evil and all that goes with a name like "exorsist". I do not listen to games, but I am sure it will give you goosebumps. Overall this is an awesome HO/Adventure game, but beware the subject matter, if your not into this type game simply don't play it, but don't give it bad marks just because it's not your cup of tea. I enjoyed this game. Only got stuck a couple of times. I played the level that doesn't allow hints and about half way through wished I didn't! Some of it isn't intuitive so in some scenes where I knew I needed to do something I tried everything in my inventory. Some really weird combinations at times. HOG scenes good, lots of back and forth. All in all the type of game you have to think through. See more See less
awesome game love the back n forth used the hint alot but knew where to go before i clicked it. Yea iwin we need more like this. Hated the way it went to other games you have to buy. Not me I will wait. And to those who are always complaining go to some old games and play quit loading or even playing them, duh if its a hog and u don't like it stop playen and stop ragging at iwin and giving bad stars because you can't understand the playing field. So with that said Doe if ya read this it was excellent. See more See less
Just as great as the other two Exorcist games, you are Garrett and helping a friend again. Creepy music, creepy game. This is a dark game so if you're looking for something light, look elsewhere. Lots of running around with intermittent HOG scenes. I do like there are a lot of scenes to run around, so it does keep it from being cumbersome or too repetitive running around. I like that if you don't know where to go, it will direct you without using up your clue. Doesn't matter too much tho because on casual the hint button recharges fast. For 1000 coins, I think it's well worth the price. See more See less
