Great concept, awesome game play. Graphics are over the top as is the sound. Love the new look, boards and concepts. I love the over all idea for the game, but I miss the challange of playing against another person. What I would love to see is an updated JQ2 with new boards, graphics and sounds. Excellent game, will probably purchase, but again a die hard QC2 player against other players is the ultimate.

A very acceptable and exciting follow up to the first three quests. The mixture of new and old is exactly right. The early boards are a lot easier than their JQ3 equivalents, but it soon gets harder, and the new types of game play keeps one thinking all the time, as you are not just racing the clock, but also have a limited number of moves.
I look forward to pitting my wits against the inevitable very hard boards still to come. I finisished Hawaii three times in JQ 3 so I look forward to the new challenges ahead.
The only very minor disappointment for me was that the sounds at the end of completed boards are nothing like as interesting as the ones in the earlier games, and I don't understand why Rupert and Emma have to look so different.

people--- the way to change the timer to unlimited is when you run out of time on the regular game, in the dialogue box, there is a check box to go to unlimited timer.

The tutorial levels were very easy but as you progressed thru the game they did get more difficult. I am not nearly done and have a long way to go, as far as I can tell. I did buy the game and it is keeping me busy for quite a few days now. That is better than most of the games on here. For me...well worth the money. I would like, also, if they had the challange of playing against others, maybe on their next version of JQ. Very happy with this one!

I have played the other Jewel Quest games and LOVE them. This one is GREAT.Some boards are not easy, they keep you on your toes. I love the how you have to go through the Famliy History.

When you are only given a 30 minute demo, I feel like the game may not be up to par which you might find out in 60 minutes. Great graphics, nice game play, but nothing special. I see it as an average match 3 game and not as good as JQ 2 and 3. I will wait for the price drop to buy it.
