I liked this game. I guess others didn't. I don't play with sound on so don't know about it. The Graphics were very good. It did get a little harder as it went on but even if time ran out you could still finish. I loved the story. See more See less
I love these "build and repair" TM games, but they are getting a little repetitious. A little different storyline, but the same gameplay. That said this is a great game, if you don't have one already this would be a great one to have. It is a great game for the whole family, but sorry to say it's been done before. See more See less
Typical TM game with the addition of enemies that you have to battle on some levels. I've played the collector's edition through several times now and enjoy it. I turn the music off but the sounds don't bother me at all. Some levels are hard to get gold but I have done it. The only things I don't like is having to play the tutorial again if you want all the medals. And you can't move while your warriors are fighting which is annoying on a couple of levels where the fighting is almost constant. See more See less
I bought the Collector's Ed. of this when it came out in September. I do get the sound effects, but if you don't be grateful! They're awful. The music actually isn't that bad, it's the vocals they gave to the characters, such as "Hey!" and something that sounds like "otto!" which drive you crazy. I think the vocals are supposed to alert you to things happening, but for me they were disrupting and a constant irritation. And the wood chopping sounds like the clopping of a horse's hooves. Turn all the sounds off and I think it's a fine TM game. Graphics are decent except they made John, the hero, look more like a woman than a man. I'm still working on getting gold ratings for all the levels, it's definitely many hours of play and parts are really challenging. I've had fun playing the levels, just keep that sound turned off.
