Guide paranormal investigator Sarah Meiville through a classic noir adventure!
With a single touch, Sarah Meiville can see the final moments of a dead person's life. Though this gift once made her valuable to the police, the cops have shunned her since a tragic turn of events cost innocent people their lives.
Then dead bodies started piling up, a bizarre symbol on their foreheads. Soon, whispers of the Nothingman could be heard on the rain-slicked streets of the city, prompting a tabloid writer to lure Sarah out of retirement to stop a madman.
Guide Sarah through a classic noir adventure as she searches for clues, solves puzzles and learns to use new visions that appear to be helping her. The Gift will transport you through a town steeped in neon glow, challenge you with cunning mini-games and surprise you with cleverly hidden objects. From the music, to the visuals, to the voice work, The Gift is an unforgettable cross between a moody '40s detective movie and a modern occult thriller.
Can you bring the killer to justice and restore Sarah's name? Lives are depending on it!

Overall not bad. The graphics are OK, the sound I don't have on so can't rate. There are perhaps too many HO, but they're easy. The puzzles can be tricky, but you can skip. Gameplay is not always obvious, in fact downright frustrating here and there. Storyline is only OK - I'm still not sure what the Nothingman wants. However it looks as though a sequel is likely, so perhaps we'll find out. See more See less
Overall, I liked this game. The HO scenes were quite easy, but I liked how it was interactive. The story line was intriguing, but I did like the fact that the actual game play, such as knowing what to do next, was challenging. Good, solid game. See more See less
Thought this game was fun, but it got frustrating at times. I almost always can get through a game without using any hints at all but in this game used more hints in the one game than I have in probably a year!! Some of the actions needed were not logical or intuitive. Several times I simply tried everything in my inventory and if nothing worked went back through everything. Other than that I really liked it. HOG scenes were pretty easy. Not a lot of instruction on the mini games but I was able to figure them out. Need patient to play this game but overall I think it was worth it. See more See less
