iWin Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not improve your chances of winning.

These Official Rules govern sweepstakes promotions offered under the iWin brand ("iWin Sweepstakes"). All iWin Sweepstakes are governed by these Official Rules and any promotion-specific details disclosed in the iWin app/site (as defined below).

Please note that Sweepstakes may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by iWin or PlayChannel Inc dba Play To Win Games ("Play To Win Games"), its affiliates, and partners, and may be presented in conjunction with offers sponsored by different organizations. Sweepstakes may be presented in different creative presentations by different organizations and under different creative titles but all are subject to the following rules.

1) Sponsor / Administrator / Branding

• Brand Presenter: iWin ("iWin," "we," "us").
• Sweepstakes Platform Operator / Administrator: PlayChannel Inc. d/b/a Play To Win Games ("PlayChannel/Play To Win"), including its affiliates, partners, and service providers.
• Important Branding Note: The iWin Sweepstakes may be shared across multiple PlayChannel/Play To Win–powered brands and partner experiences. Your entries into iWin Sweepstakes may be pooled with entries from other eligible presentations of the same underlying sweepstakes drawing/event, as disclosed in-app. The iWin Sweepstakes are made available through a sweepstakes platform and prizing program operated by PlayChannel Inc. d/b/a Play To Win Games ("PlayChannel/Play To Win").

IWin Sweepstakes are in no way affiliated with Apple Inc. or Google Inc.. Apple Inc. and Google Inc. are not sponsors and are not involved in the administration of these sweepstakes. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2) Void Where Prohibited

VOID IN: Puerto Rico, Belgium, Chile, Croatia, Egypt, India, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Norway, Sweden and any other jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law.

Additionally:

• Some promotions may be void in Quebec (Canada) or other locations depending on the promotion type; any additional location restrictions will be disclosed in the iWin app/site for that specific promotion.

3) Eligibility

The iWin Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States (including territories and possessions, excluding Puerto Rico), Canada (subject to Quebec restrictions where applicable), and other jurisdictions where lawful, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry (whichever is higher).

Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and agents of iWin, PlayChannel/Play To Win, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and any other entity directly involved in the administration, security, or operation of the sweepstakes (and members of their immediate household / same dwelling).

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and acceptance that decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator are final and binding.

4) Promotion Types and "Promotion-Specific Details"

iWin may offer one or more sweepstakes formats, including (examples):

• Daily Sweepstakes (one winner per day)
• Instant Win Sweepstakes (winners determined by pre-selected winning times or similar mechanisms)
• Event-Based Sweepstakes (time-limited events with a disclosed start/end and prize)

For each promotion, the iWin app/site will disclose key details ("Promotion-Specific Details"), which may include:

• Promotion name/type and dates/times
• How to earn entries for that promotion
• Any entry limits (if applicable)
• Prize(s), value
• Any special eligibility/location exclusions for that promotion

If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and Promotion-Specific Details, the Promotion-Specific Details control only for that promotion, and these Official Rules control for everything else.

5) Promotion Period (Timing)

Unless otherwise disclosed in the Promotion-Specific Details:

• Daily promotions run on a rolling daily window starting at 12:00:00:001 PM ET and end at 12:00:00:000 PM ET the following day. Event-based promotions run during the dates/times disclosed on site or in-app.

All times are Eastern Time (ET) unless stated otherwise.

6) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

You may enter an iWin Sweepstakes in any of the following ways, as available for the applicable promotion:

A) In-App / On-Site Entries (Digital)

You can enter by engaging with eligible iWin experiences such as:

• Visiting the site/app and interacting with the relevant promotions
• Playing eligible games
• Completing surveys, watching videos, participating in promotions, or other engagement activities
• Any other entry-earning actions described in the Promotion-Specific Details

Entry crediting: Entries (or chances to receive entries) and any related mechanics (e.g., "each spin earns X entries," "1 in 4 chance," "bonus entries," etc.) are described in the Promotion-Specific Details.

iWin/PlayChannel/Play To Win may adjust entry-earning activities and mechanics at any time, subject to applicable law, and will disclose changes in-app for the applicable promotion.

B) Mail-In Entries (Free Alternative Method of Entry)

To enter by mail, neatly hand print in blue or black ink on a white 3"x5" card or piece of paper:

• First and last name
• Complete mailing address (including ZIP/Postal Code)
• Daytime phone number
• Email address (if you have one)

Rules for mail-in entries:

• Limit one (1) entry card per outer stamped envelope
• Outer envelope must be hand-addressed and include entrant's truthful return address (upper left corner)
• Mail-in entries are unlimited unless a promotion states otherwise in its Promotion-Specific Details
• Mail-in entries must be received and recorded by the Administrator by the deadline disclosed in the Promotion-Specific Details to be eligible for that promotion

7) Winner Selection and Odds

Winner selection depends on the promotion type:

• Daily / Drawing-based: winner(s) selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that daily promotion period.
• Instant Win: Sponsors computer system will randomly select potential instant win times during the promotional period and prizes will be randomly assigned to the instant win times. If the Sponsor's computer systems determine that your game play or other activity that provide for entry into the Sweepstakes is the first action on or after a winning time, you will win the Instant Win Prize associated with that Instant Win time. Mail-In entries will be randomly assigned a time during the Promotion Period. If a system issue identifies multiple potential winners for the same Instant Win prize, the Administrator may hold a random drawing among those potential winners to select the single winner.
• Event-based: winner(s) selected by random drawing after the promotion ends, unless disclosed otherwise.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each promotion.

8) Winner Notification and Claiming

Potential winners will be notified within a reasonable time after winner determination (typically within 48 hours, but may vary), using one or more of the following: in-app notice, email, phone, mail, push notification, text, or other method based on the contact information provided.

Claim deadline: Unless otherwise disclosed, potential winners must respond and complete verification within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or fails verification, the prize may be forfeited.

It is each entrant's responsibility to keep contact information current.

9) Prizes (General)

Prizes and approximate retail value ("ARV") are disclosed in the Promotion-Specific Details. Prizes may include cash and/or non-cash equivalents (such as virtual coins/credits or other items), depending on the promotion.

Examples of prize structures that may be offered (subject to change and disclosure on site or in-app):

• Daily prize (e.g., $50 cash or non-cash equivalent)
• Instant win prize pool (Over Three thousand U.S. dollars ($3,000) of cash or noncash equivalent prizes in the form of Play To Win Games virtual coins are available to be won (Prizes "Prizes") each month to be determined by the Sponsor. The Prizes may be awarded in various combinations of two hundred dollars ($200 USD), one hundred dollars ($100 USD); fifty dollars ($50 USD); twenty-five dollars ($25 USD); ten dollars ($10 USD); five dollars ($5 USD); two dollars ($2 USD); or one dollar ($1 USD) or their noncash equivalent in the form of virtual coins but the total prize pool for the Prizes will equal at least three thousand dollars ($3,000 USD).
• Event-based prizes (e.g., $2,000 holiday event prizes or larger grand prizes such as $10,000, if disclosed)

Cash prizes are paid via PayPal or other verified payment methods chosen by the Administrator. Winners are responsible for all taxes and any expenses not explicitly stated as included.

Canadian residents: A selected Canadian potential winner may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to be declared a winner.

10) Verification, Publicity, and Taxes

Winners are subject to verification (identity, eligibility, compliance). iWin/PlayChannel/Play To Win may require:

• Proof of identity/age/residency
• Completed release/affidavit (where lawful)
• Tax forms (e.g., W-9) for prizes above reporting thresholds

Where permitted by law, winners may be asked to consent to the use of their name, likeness, photo, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11) Fair Play / Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to manipulate entry, gameplay, or sweepstakes outcomes is prohibited, including:

• Multiple accounts, account sharing, or identity misrepresentation
• Bots, scripts, macros, automation, emulators, device farms, collusion, or "sweepstakes rings"
• Proxy/VPN use intended to mask location or eligibility
• Exploits, tampering, reverse engineering, or interference with systems

The Administrator may disqualify entrants and void entries for suspected fraud, abuse, or rule violations, and may ban repeat offenders.

12) Technical Issues / Limitation of Liability

iWin, PlayChannel/Play To Win, and their affiliates are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries (including mail)
• Technical failures, outages, bugs, transmission errors, or system unavailability
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation or use of the app/site

If the integrity of a promotion is compromised, the Administrator may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to the issue (or as otherwise fair and lawful).

13) Privacy

Information collected in connection with the iWin Sweepstakes is subject to the iWin Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the PlayChannel/Play To Win privacy policy and any partner policies disclosed at the point of entry. Entrants should review the applicable privacy policy links within the iWin app/site.

14) Disputes / Arbitration / Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions) by final and binding arbitration, with procedures consistent with the rules of the American Arbitration Association for applicable disputes.

Unless prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and arbitration proceedings will take place in Boston, Massachusetts, unless the Administrator specifies otherwise consistent with applicable law.

15) Winners List / Copy of Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY:

1. This Daily Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Play To Win Games ("Sponsor") and is offered and open only to legal residents of the United States, its territories and possessions (except Puerto Rico), Canada and other countries and jurisdictions provided that their participation is not prohibited by applicable law, who are at least seventeen (17) years old at the time of participation. Any person who is an employee, officer, or director of Sponsor or is directly connected with the management of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes computer systems, or the Sweepstakes security systems is not eligible. This Sweepstakes is also VOID IN PUERTO RICO, BELGIUM, CHILE, CROATIA, EGYPT, INDIA, ITALY, MEXICO, PHILIPPINES, POLAND, SINGAPORE, SPAIN, TURKEY, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, NORWAY, SWEDEN, and any jurisdiction where prohibited.
2. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules including the agreement that all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Winning a prize is contingent upon entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD/SWEEPSTAKES PERIODS FOR DAILY SWEEPSTAKES:

The Promotion Period ("Promotion Period") for the Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00:001 PM Eastern Time (ET) and will end at 11:00:00 PM. EST the following day.

3. PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES:

1. A person can participate in the Sweepstakes by downloading the Play To Win Games application for free, registering via Facebook, Google or Apple and playing in the Play To Win Games social, mobile slots machine. Each spin of the slots machine regardless of bet has a 1 in 4 chance of earning sweepstakes entries. A person can also participate in the Sweepstakes in the following ways: (i.) playing games in the app, taking surveys, watching videos, or engaging in any other activities that Sponsor, its affiliates, or partners offer that provide for entry into the Sweepstakes; (ii.) by mail. This Sweepstakes may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners, and may be presented in conjunction with offers sponsored by different organizations. Sweepstakes may be presented in different creative presentations by different organizations and under different creative titles.
2. Mail-In Entries: To participate via mail, an entrant must neatly hand print in blue or black ink on a white 3 inch by 5 inch card or piece of paper your first and last name, your complete mailing address with zip or postal code, your daytime phone number, and email address if you have access to email. Mail the card or paper in a first class postage paid (metered mail is not accepted) envelope to: Play To Win Games, 5 Brewster St #508 Glen Cove, NY 11542. While you may enter as often as you wish there is a limit of one card or piece of paper per postage stamped outer mailing envelope, and each outer mailing envelope must be hand printed. Further, the entrant's hand printed truthful return address must appear in the outer mailing envelope's upper left corner. Mail-in entries are unlimited.
3. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor computers by 10:59:59 p.m. ET on the day of the promotion described in Rule 2 in order to be eligible to win the prizes described in Rule 6 below.

4. WINNING ENTRY SELECTION/ODDS:

1. Sponsor will attempt to complete a random drawing within five (5) business days of the end of the Sweepstakes' Promotion Period to select one (1) potential prize winner for the Sweepstakes from among all eligible entries received for that drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by, or under the supervision of, the Sponsor.
2. Odds. The odds of winning this Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

For any drawing, Sponsor or a company acting on its behalf will attempt to notify the potential winner within forty eight (48) hours of the drawing. Notice can be given in app, in person, by telephone, by mail, overnight mail, email, text, desktop alert, Mobile Push Notification, Facebook message or in such other manner as determined by Sponsor. Notice will be delivered and deemed made in accordance with the contact information or method of contact provided to sponsor when the participant registered for an entry into the Sweepstakes. Notice will be delivered to mail-in participants by using the contact information the mail-in participant included with their mail-in entry. It is the sole responsibility of each Sweepstakes participant to maintain their contact information or method current. If the potential winner did not register with contact information, they will be notified by Push Notification, In-App Alert, Desktop alert or in such other manner as determined by Sponsor. Neither sponsor nor any other person or entity shall have any responsibility or liability for failure to provide notice due to a Sweepstakes participant's failure to maintain their contact information or method of contact current. The potential winner will have seven (7) days to contact the Sponsor in order to verify that they were eligible to win the sweepstakes and to claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to contact Sponsor within seven (7) days of the drawing or is unable to verify that they were eligible to enter and win the sweepstakes, the prize will be forfeited.

6. PRIZE AWARDS:

1. One (1) prize of fifty dollars ($50 USD) is available to be won or a noncash equivalent prize is available to be won ("Daily Prize"). The winner can decide whether they prefer to receive the $50 USD cash prize or the noncash equivalent prize. $50 USD cash prize can be redeemed via a verified PayPal account.
2. Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No assignment, transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted.
3. All taxes on prizes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the winner to pay, and prizes will be reported as required by law, rule or regulation.
4. No participant will be declared a valid winner until verification and compliance with these Official Rules is properly completed as solely determined by Sponsor, and the participant has received official notification of being declared a winner. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an entrant with a winning entry is not a valid winner, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner and award the prize to the alternate potential winner.
5. For potential Canadian prize winners: In addition to complying in full with these Official Rules a potential Canadian prize winner must correctly answer a 4-function mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, before the participant can be declared the winner of any prize. If the potential winner cannot correctly answer the question the prize will be forfeited.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Participants (and each participant's parent/legal guardian if a participant is a minor) agree (i.) that Sponsor, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion companies, resource and computer servicing companies and security agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively referred to as "Sponsor, affiliates, partners and personnel") are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants, entrants and winners against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, loss, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related or travel related activities, and, (ii.) each potential winner and winner (and his/her parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor) agrees to provide Sponsor a photograph of themselves and grants permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, Facebook, Google, or Apple profile pictures, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet, World Wide Web and other media (except where such usage is legally prohibited), without notice, review or approval.

The use of unfair, improper or unauthorized methods to access and enter this Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the opening and/or use of multiple accounts, the use of unauthorized or altered software or hardware to assist play (including the use of bots, bot nets, collusion with bots and/or use of gaming software or programs), accessing the Play To Win Games from a foreign or otherwise ineligible location or IP address, using automated technology, proxy servers or other means to conceal your identity, any act or circumstance that unfairly alters your chance of winning, gives you an unfair advantage, or constitutes the commission of fraud or deception. Entries determined by the Sponsor to be submitted through such methods are not valid entries and are not eligible to win a prize and all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for winning prizes in the future.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:

Sponsor, affiliates, partners, and personnel are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, postage due or non-delivered entries, mail or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), application, website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical or programming error or failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration, entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Sponsor, affiliates, partners, and personnel are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from, or use of, the application or website. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select any winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor, affiliates, partners, and personnel are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by application or website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or use to, the application or website. In the event of any irregular entry for a drawing for any reason whatsoever Sponsor, affiliates, partners, and personnel sole liability will be to provide one entry in the next scheduled drawing (or as soon thereafter as practical) and will have no liability if there are no remaining drawings in the Promotion Period No more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules in any prize category will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, programming, digital or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes in any prize category, as set forth in these Official Rules, to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes in that prize category by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

If you enter this Sweepstakes online, you are solely responsible for the security of your user account. You should take precautions to keep it private to prevent unauthorized use. Neither Sponsor nor any other person or entity will be responsible for any losses, damages or consequences you may suffer due to careless or unauthorized use of your account.

9. PRIVACY POLICY:

In the event of fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, accident or other act of God, act of public enemy; act of government, including any governmental order, regulation or order of any court of competent jurisdiction; lockout, strike or other labor dispute; riot or civil commotion; war (whether declared or undeclared) or armed conflict; acts of terrorism; enactment of, rule, or order or act of government or governmental instrumentality (whether federal, provincial, state or local); or other cause of similar or different nature beyond Sponsor's control (all of which events are referred to herein as "force majeure events"), Sponsor shall have the right to terminate this Sweepstakes drawing without further obligations, if any, hereunder, or at Sponsor's sole option, to suspend the Sweepstakes drawing for a period equal to the duration and the effect of the duration of any such force majeure event.

13. ARBITRATION DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW:

2. Mail-In Entries: To participate via mail, an entrant must neatly hand print in blue or black ink on a white 3 inch by 5 inch card or piece of paper your first and last name, your complete mailing address with zip or postal code, your daytime phone number, and email address if you have access to email. Mail the card or paper in a first class postage paid (metered mail is not accepted) envelope to: Play To Win Games, 5 Brewster St #508 Glen Cove, NY 11542. While you may enter as often as you wish there is a limit of one card or piece of paper per postage stamped outer mailing envelope, and each outer mailing envelope must be hand printed. Further, the entrant's hand printed truthful return address must appear in the outer mailing envelope's upper left corner. Mail-in entries are unlimited.
3. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor computers by 11:59:59 a.m. ET on the day of the promotion described in Rule 2 in order to be eligible to win the prizes described in Rule 6 below.

4. WINNING ENTRY SELECTION/ODDS:

1. Sponsor's computer systems will randomly select potential Instant Win times during the promotional period and Prizes will be randomly assigned to the Instant Win times. Mail-In entries will be randomly assigned a time during the Promotion Period. If the Sponsor's computer systems determine that your game play or other activity that provide for entry into the Sweepstakes is the first action on or after a winning time, you will win the Instant Win Prize associated with that Instant Win time. 5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

For any drawing, Sponsor or a company acting on its behalf will attempt to notify the potential winner within forty eight (48) hours of the drawing. Notice can be given in app, in person, by telephone, by mail, overnight mail, email, text, desktop alert, Mobile Push Notification, Facebook message or in such other manner as determined by Sponsor. Notice will be delivered and deemed made in accordance with the contact information or method of contact provided to sponsor when the participant registered for an entry into the Sweepstakes. If the potential winner did not register with contact information, they will be notified by Push Notification, In-App Alert, Desktop alert or in such other manner as determined by Sponsor. Over Three thousand U.S. dollars ($3,000) of cash or noncash equivalent prizes in the form of Play To Win Games virtual coins are available to be won (Prizes "Prizes") each month to be determined by the Sponsor. The Prizes may be awarded in various combinations of two hundred dollars ($200 USD), one hundred dollars ($100 USD); fifty dollars ($50 USD); twenty-five dollars ($25 USD); ten dollars ($10 USD); five dollars ($5 USD); two dollars ($2 USD); or one dollar ($1 USD) or their noncash equivalent in the form of virtual coins but the total prize pool for the Prizes will equal at least three thousand dollars ($3,000 USD).

1. The Event Based Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Play To Win Games. 2. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules including the agreement that all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects on all entrants. 3. PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES:

1. A person can participate in the Sweepstakes by downloading the Play To Win Games application for free, registering via Facebook, Google or Apple and playing in the Play To Win Games social, mobile slots machine. Each spin of the slots machine regardless of bet has a 1 in 4 chance of earning sweepstakes entries. A person can also participate in the Sweepstakes in the following ways: (i.) playing games in the app, taking surveys, watching videos, or engaging in any other activities that Sponsor, its affiliates, or partners offer that provide for entry into the Sweepstakes; (ii.) by mail. This Sweepstakes may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners, and may be presented in conjunction with offers sponsored by different organizations. Sweepstakes may be presented in different creative presentations by different organizations and under different creative titles.
2. Mail-In Entries: To participate via mail, an entrant must neatly hand print in blue or black ink on a white 3 inch by 5 inch card or piece of paper your first and last name, your complete mailing address with zip or postal code, your daytime phone number, and email address if you have access to email. Mail the card or paper in a first class postage paid (metered mail is not accepted) envelope to: Play To Win Games. 15 Exchange Pl, Ste 210 Jersey City, NJ 07302. While you may enter as often as you wish there is a limit of one card or piece of paper per postage stamped outer mailing envelope, and each outer mailing envelope must be hand printed. Further, the entrant's hand printed truthful return address must appear in the outer mailing envelope's upper left corner. Mail-in entries are unlimited.
3. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor computers by the end of the publicized promotion period described in Rule 2, in order to be eligible to win the prizes described in Rule 6 below.

4. WINNING ENTRY SELECTION/ODDS:

1. Sponsor will attempt to complete a random drawing within five (5) business days of the end of the Sweepstakes' Promotion Period to select one (1) potential prize winner for the Sweepstakes from among all eligible entries received for that drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by, or under the supervision of, the Sponsor.
2. Odds. The odds of winning this Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

For any drawing, Sponsor or a company acting on its behalf will attempt to notify the potential winner within forty eight (48) hours of the drawing. Notice can be given in app, in person, by telephone, by mail, overnight mail, email, text, desktop alert, Mobile Push Notification, Facebook message or in such other manner as determined by Sponsor. Notice will be delivered and deemed made in accordance with the contact information or method of contact provided to sponsor when the participant registered for an entry into the Sweepstakes. Notice will be delivered to mail-in participants by using the contact information the mail-in participant included with their mail-in entry. It is the sole responsibility of each Sweepstakes participant to maintain their contact information or method current. If the potential winner did not register with contact information, they will be notified by Push Notification, In-App Alert, Desktop alert or in such other manner as determined by Sponsor. Neither sponsor nor any other person or entity shall have any responsibility or liability for failure to provide notice due to a Sweepstakes participant's failure to maintain their contact information or method of contact current. The potential winner will have seven (7) days to contact the Sponsor in order to verify that they were eligible to win the sweepstakes and to claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to contact Sponsor within seven (7) days of the drawing or is unable to verify that they were eligible to enter and win the sweepstakes, the prize will be forfeited.

6. PRIZE AWARDS:

1. One (1) Guaranteed Grand Prize per contest will be publicized in the app and will be available to be won. Holiday Events prizes are five hundred dollars ($500 USD). The Giant Giveaway Prize is Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000 USD).
2. The winner agrees that he/she shall appear at any times and at any places deemed reasonably appropriate by Sponsor to accept the prize awarded, and to otherwise advertise, promote, or market Sponsor, it being understood that any such appearance will be on notice to the winner deemed reasonable by Sponsor, and it being further understood that the finalists and winner will be excused from any such appearance only should he/she have a prior commitment which cannot be postponed. The reasonable expenses of any such appearance shall be as solely determined by Sponsor, and will be borne by Sponsor.
3. Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If a winner of a prize cannot accept a prize in person, the prize may be forfeited in its entirety. No assignment, transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted.
4. All taxes on prizes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the winner to pay, and prizes will be reported as required by law, rule or regulation.
5. No participant will be declared a valid winner until verification and compliance with these Official Rules is properly completed as solely determined by Sponsor, and the participant has received official notification of being declared a winner. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an entrant with a winning entry is not a valid winner, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner and award the prize to the alternate potential winner.
6. For potential Canadian prize winners: In addition to complying in full with these Official Rules a potential Canadian prize winner must correctly answer a 4-function mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, before the participant can be declared the winner of any prize. If the potential winner cannot correctly answer the question the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner and award the prize to the alternate potential winner.

11. FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event of fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, accident or other act of God, act of public enemy; act of government, including any governmental order, regulation or order of any court of competent jurisdiction; lockout, strike or other labor dispute; riot or civil commotion; war (whether declared or undeclared) or armed conflict; acts of terrorism; enactment of, rule, or order or act of government or governmental instrumentality (whether federal, provincial, state or local); or other cause of similar or different nature beyond Sponsor's control (all of which events are referred to herein as "force majeure events"), Sponsor shall have the right to terminate this Sweepstakes drawing without further obligations, if any, hereunder, or at Sponsor's sole option, to suspend the Sweepstakes drawing for a period equal to the duration and the effect of the duration of any such force majeure event.

12. LANGUAGES:

In the event that these Rules, or any advertising, promotion, or other written, printed, or graphic material, including but not limited to such materials appearing on the World Wide Web are presented in a language other than English and there is a discrepancy, inconsistency or interpretation issue between the English language version and the other language version of these Official Rules or of any materials, the English version shall prevail, govern and control. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

14. ARBITRATION DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW:

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (i.) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through final and binding arbitration through an arbitrator selected by Sponsor (ii.) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs directly associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii.) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and for any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
